Subway

Wow. Absolute worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Ever. I created a Unilocal account simply because I had to warn you all.
We walk in at 8pm, 2 hours before they close. Not only was the open sign off, they had already stacked up some chairs on the tables and taken the mats and rolled them up. I even had to ask if they were open.
The moment we step up to the counter, the girl serving us, Katelyn, was incredibly rude.
She acted as if serving us was an annoyance. She literally acted like she was mad that we were there.
Every word out of her mouth was condescending and completely unfriendly.
I have worked in customer service for years and have never spoken to a customer that way.
Don’t go here unless you want to be served by bitchy high school girls with bad attitudes. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Literally just walked out of this subway and wow, did anyone tell one of those employees to leave their attitude at home? First of all, one girl helped a man in front of me; she was friendly but the girl who was about to help me was just all kinds of attitude. I was waiting in line, deciding what to order and she just stared me. Didnt say anything but just had a rude look on her face. I didnt know if she was gonna help me or what because she didnt say anything to me. So i walked up and ordered. She was very short and had such a rude tone. Ive worked in customer service before and thats not at all how you treat customers, especially if they’re being polite and not asking for anything above and beyond just a normal sandwich! Avoid this subway if you like to be treated nicely!

Hard Rock music playing at 6pm. That doesn’t make you want to eat in. Staff not to friendly, and to willing to serve

I saw there was one person in line decided, stupidly, to enter and get a sandwich.
Unfortunately the old woman in front of me was not only ordering 3 sandwiches, she had smoked her larynx into oblivion and no one could hear her. This created a line of people behind me. The other gal came out from the back and tried to catch up. Unfortunately, she wasn’t paying attention to customers when she asked if I wanted it toasted, I said no. Yep, you guessed it, into the oven it went. Rather than have her make it again I decided the long line behind had suffered enough. The sandwich would have been fine except everyone had to wait for old lady to get done. In the past I’ve jumped ahead because I have only one sandwich, no «chips and a drink», plus I pay cash. Now I have a toasted, cold, soggy sandwich, that’s just mediocre at best.
Not worth the $ 10 she charged me. BTW, it was supposed to be $ 9 plus tax. I wonder where the extra dollar went? Avoid this place and get a taco next door!

Also, to add… the glass is still broken, and they are still always out of items.

The staff is awesome here, there’s a line at lunch time, and there is a variety of seating.
