The night crew was SUPER FRIENDLY! I And gave me a tip that you can have a cheesy gordita crunch WITH DORRITOS TACO SHELL!!! I :)

Normally, taco bell is the ONE restaurant I can get in and out fast, decent food and cheap prices. However, at my most recent visit, I ordered for myself and my husband, and waited well over ten minutes in the drive through. I wouldn’t be writing a bad review if this was my only problem. After checking out bag before we left the parking lot (a necessity with fast food these days), we discovered that one item was not listed on the receipt, and one item did not have my ‘no sour cream’ modification on the receipt. So, we went inside to exchange, and waited AGAIN well over ten minutes for our order.
A little irritated, we went back to our car to quickly eat, and there was still sour cream on two items I ordered, and the *tiny* amount of nacho cheese on my nacho supreme should not have qualified as nachos.
I don’t have a problem with a wait time, but if Taco Bell, FAST food is taking over 20 minutes to complete an order of a mere five items, I expect it to at least be correct.

It is with a sad heart that I write yet another bad review from Unilocal land. I work midnights so often I stop here for food. It’s Tuesday night at 12:50am. All of my food, ALL OF IT, it cold. The tacos are larger than usual and look thrown together. Often times that I’m moving through here at 2am I feel as I’m drastically bothering the employees. Despite them constantly being out of things and constantly messing up my order I’ve always tossed it up as, all well, it’s Taco Bell. I don’t cat care anymore. It’s a simple job, get it right. I work in the service industry and my last few orders that’ve been put together have been beyond embarrassment.

Usually the best. Went to get the chicken jalapeño honey biscuit breakfast and it said out of stock. I asked when it would be back. She basically said they won’t be making anything with crispy chicken. I think they just don’t want to. Had to park to wait for my meal because of eggs.
Usually super on point. Just fyi.
Update: Super long line at 10:30 Friday night. They forgot my cinnabons. I rushed without checking because they had been on point and the line was long. Inside was closed. I’m sitting in the huge line again. Yay. She said she tried to run out but didn’t…I was at the locked front door, then in line. Didn’t seem to care. My wife’s food sat. I’m sure they have a crazy job.

Literally I am so tired of this location. The worst I’ve ever witnessed. They get my order wrong every single time and I either have to deal with it which means I spent my money on something I didn’t even want or I drive all the way back to fix it. I hate this place.

Liz, the shift lead, went above and beyond to make sure my order came out great. I said in the drive through window «I want taco bell, but ONLY if you can make it look like the picture!» Can you make my a crunch wrap the matches the picture. She must have mentally said «Challenge Accepted» because when I got my crunch wrap, all I could say was WOW, I’ll be putting this on Unilocal!
Unfortunately, being as tasty as it was, I failed to post a photo of said crunch wrap before being consumed. Till Next time Taco Bell, till next time.

Supervisor the manager is horrible and when I called to tell her there was plastic in my food!!! She responding with a sour, not genuin «sorry»!!! She was kind of annoyed as if she doesn’t care!!! This place is gross the food is nasty !!! Unless ur into plastic dibree in ur food!!!

Your cinnamon twist are yummy! Your Chalupas are dynamite! Your nachos are scrumptious! your Quesadillas are the delicious! The tacos you make doesn’t make my belly ache!
