We had the pleasure of having Terrie Cox conduct two real estate transactions for us in the past four months. In both cases her experience and uncommonly high level of professionalism led to successfully completed sales.
Terrie represented the sellers in our purchase of our dream home and subsequently listed and sold our former home. In both cases, she listened to what we wanted, provided valuable guidance and accurately represented our interests. This led to two completed transactions in a short amount of time without the usual stress, emotion and wrangling that can often accompany real estate transactions.
While working with Terrie, we were impressed with how she used her experience and judgment to navigate both transactions to a positive ending. Importantly, during the process we came to know her as a genuinely nice person with endearing quirks, a consummate professional and a tireless worker. I read the positive review of Terrie above and was excited to meet her. However, the Terrie Cox I met showed up 45 minutes late, did not even bother to introduce herself, grilled my husband & I about our finances, showed us a house that had already been sold and was obviously disorganized, unresearched and angry. Maybe she should spend a little less money putting her airbrushed 15 year old photo all over the Vancouver area and spend the money on Charm School.
She is unprofessional, rude and has no interest in the customer. At least that is the Terrie Cox that I met in February 2012.
