Ordered flowers from here and didn’t have any other choice but Designer’s choice for Mother’s Day… Wasn’t too happy with the arrangement, it was just plants and didn’t have any flowers added into the arrangement FORMOTHER’S DAY. I added a message and they didn’t put the whole message on the card! It was then delivered but was left in the Leasing Office and never got a call that it was delivered. WOW.

Debbie the manager was amazing. Took care of me. I am a student in nyc and she did a good deal for me. It was my mom’s birthday and I only had $ 40 on me. It was perfect and delivered same day. Thanks!

My husband sent flowers. We live in a gated community(yes, we’re old) that has a call box. You can buzz and from anywhere with my phone I can let you in. When the flowers came, the delivery person called on their own cell phone and I missed the call. I called back within about 5 minutes and was told they couldn’t deliver them that day. It would have to be the next day and I had to be home. I explained I couldn’t be home, but to just use the call box. The woman at the shop was defensive and rude and said their driver didn’t know how to use it. I explained how but they insisted I be home so we arranged for Thursday. I called FTD and asked that a different florist be used. I’ve never had problems with the call box. Long story short, the woman who I first spoke with got a call from FTD and wasn’t happy because they were expected to deliver the flowers on Wednesday. This person was rude and short. I eventually talked with the owner. I explained I understood if their delivery person didn’t know how to use the box, and if they couldn’t deliver the flowers, I just didn’t want to use Flowers Express ever again and that’s what I told FTD. The owner, who to her credit, offered to bring them herself that evening. It was a nice gesture, but between the problem and the rude defensive employee, the experience was ruined. I won’t be using them again.

I called just after 11am on Prom day asking if they could do a corsage the same day, as my son had neglected to arrange for one for his date. I had little hope they could squeeze us in, since as I said it was Prom day and they close at 2. However, they said they could, so I took my son right over. He picked out the bracelet and ribbon and requested white roses. I think part of the reason they could accommodate was they had the foresight to have extra staff that day – a temp took my information and processed the payment, freeing up the florists to do the floral work and supervise. The corsage was ready as promised when I returned a little before 2pm, and it was gorgeous! Fresh white roses with no crushing or browning at all, and a very nicely designed arrangement with the ribbons and coordinating accessory flora. I don’t buy flowers often, but I would definitely return here.

They ruined my Mother’s Day! I buy flowers for my mom every year because I live in SoCal and she lives in Vancouver. I have been going to the same florist for years but spontaneously changed my mind after seeing The Flowers Express’ flower selection. Ordered an arrangement of green, yellow, white, and pink flowers in a cute tea cup. Had them delivered the day before Mother’s Day because she was going to be out and about all Sunday. When they delivered the flowers on Saturday no one was home. Instead of calling either myself or my mother, or leaving a note to set up a new delivery time, they left them on the doorstep in 80 degree weather for several hours. When my mom got home half the flowers were dead, and the tea cup was not the one i ordered. I ordered a cute green one, I got a plain white one. She ended up throwing them in the refrigerator to bring them back, which I might add, they never did. And by the looks of them will only last another day or two. There goes almost $ 50! I called and complained to Flower Express and they responded by saying they would call my mom to set up a time to have new flowers delivered the next day. Problem solved? Right? Nope! Well, as my mom was leaving the house at 3pm she noticed the delivery person driving up. There goes your promise to call and set up a delivery time. When my mom got the new flowers it STILLWASNOTTHEFLOWERS I ORDERED! It was a dinky, small arrangement in a cardboard vase– not the tea cup I paid for and still never got. Well, maybe next year ill get that tea cup arrangement at my old florist. NEVERGOHERE!!!

I just got off the phone with Marion. WOW!!! What FABULOUS customer service!!! She was so wonderful & helpful! I was buying my daughter her very first flowers and I loved the carnation puppy dogs but only had a set limit that I could spend. Marion took much more time then she needed to, to figure out exactly what my daughter would like and a solution that involved still using the flower puppy that I really loved. THANK-YOU!!! I will most definitely be a repeat customer. =)
