Coming Soon: I first noticed a sign on Sat-Jul-05−2008.
A half city block, on the north side of 7TH ST between Main and Washington, at the location of the former C-​Tran transit center.
According to the web site, «Turtle Place Emerges as a Model of Downtown Beauty and Home-​Grown Sustainability». We’ll soon be finding out what that means.
