Coming to Dayton for a class, I was told to use Charter Vans and that they would be available from 0530 – 2200. My flight came in around 1030 and there wasn’t anyone manning the baggage claim desk or the outside kiosk to get a van. I happened to see the dispatcher’s number that’s on a sign that’s supposed to be visible if no one is there hanging off some clipboard in the back. After trying to call them a few times, I went on Unilocal to find another number. I used the one listed and called multiple times and no one answered. I finally gave up and took a taxi and hope I don’t have to justify why I took a taxi vs the charter van. Horrible work ethic and hours.
