Excellent flavors and quality. I just arrived in Dayton and was looking for a Chinese restaurant near the airport. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious. I had the wonton soup and the curry shrimp. The shrimp were a little small, but the curry was wonderful. They were very friendly and eager to please allowing me to exchange the egg roll for the wonton soup on the combination plate, regardless of the fact that the soup was a higher priced item on the menu. I even offered to pay the difference, but they said that wouldn’t be necessary. I will definitely come back during my next trip to Dayton.

Went with a friend and had two appetizers crab raggoon and fried dumplings. Both were phenomenal. These two appetizers are the best way to judge a Chinese place. The Mongolian beef for my entrée was amazing. Will definitely go there again.

Positives: I live in Vandalia and they deliver to my house. Something besides pizza that delivers. Very nice. I ordered the Singapore Mai Fun and quite enjoyed it. The thin noodles with the spicy curry powder and assorted meats hit the spot. The food was delivered hot and the service was friendly. The delivery charge was $ 2 and I tipped the gentleman as well. Negatives: The lady who took my order struggled a bit to understand my address. But the guy running the delivery called to confirm, so it worked out fine. Conclusion: I generally opt for other Asian options instead of Chinese, so I can’t tell you how this place ranks. But it was good and they deliver, so I’ll definitely try more of the menu and update once I get a better feel. So far so good.

This was my first visit to Imperial Palace and I was very surprised how nice of place this is. They were very freindly and the place was very clean. The food was excellent and hot. I had there General Tso’s chicken with white rice and there crispy noodles. It was one of the best I had. All I can say is I recommend this little restraunt.

The fried rice quantity was very less. We thought it was very costly for the amount of food. Green peas and spring onions were frozen and not cooked

My star rating is based on comparision with Panda– Express chain with 5 star rating. Tried Kung Pao Chicken. This is Sunday afternoon, 2PM; off time. Hot serving of my order with fried rice and hot and sour soup. Chiken was salty but good with lots of veritables. I’d reduce sauce to reduce salty taste. See picture of this dish that I eat. Vegitables were washed out colors(?); but it was daylight. I support local business and will here come again; may be during week days. Very reasonably priced $ 5.63 including tax… same items in Panda express would be more than $ 8. Frindly server.

We have lived in Vandalia for nearly 5 years and enjoying eating Chinese a few times a month. After trying other local Chinese food establishments in the area we were left unsatisfied. We stopped in the Imperial Palace and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a very clean place and the staff is very friendly. As far as the food everything is perfect. All the dishes I have had, have been served hot and delicious. The vegetables are fresh and are not overcooked or drowned in Soy sauce. Seasoned perfectly. I have 2 very picky children and they love the food here as well. So as you can tell, I would recommend Imperial Palace to all my friends.
