Stayed there last night on the 27th didn’t check in until 3 in the morn on the 28th have always had good times with red roofs, Room was nice for the money but found a used condom and a plastic cup full of water and cig butts under one of the beds, went down to the main counter brought the items and he threw them away, and wanted to know if there was anything they could do, to which they said nothing can be done that cleaning person who cleans the upper area is real bad and should be fired, like that was supposed to make it all better so the that morn on the 28th at about nine i went to check out and told the new person who was running the counter about the problem to which she said there is nothing we can do because i prepaid i didnt even know postpaying for a hotel was an option, i know the room was cheap but damn ur customers are what keeps u in business, in general im a chill person but these peoples attitudes and just accepting that it is what it is, is what upset me

Stained carpet, tobacco odor, noisy parking lot, bedbugs, hookers hanging around, housekeeping barged into our room at seven in the evening. We put fresh linen cards on our pillows, but they didn’t change them. Not recommended.

8÷3÷15, 9apm Fantastic deal for the buck. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was freshly renovated and squeaky clean. There was a slight stale/cheap old motel odor despite the fresh paint job and the walls are quite thin, not much noise protection from the outside or next door, but I forgive them. Once again it’s no resort, but is a great, safe, convenient and comfy place for a stopover on a cross country trip. 8÷3÷15, 2pm Just discovered at least 2DOZENBEDBUGBITES all over my kid’s body :(I got some too, but they would have gone unnoticed because they don’t itch, but his do like crazy. Dislike :(

Super clean, very quiet, and AWESOME front desk. Couldn’t have been happier. We stayed for a full week. It was like a home away from home, except a home that makes your bed and gives you fresh towels. Super convenient, because it was in between all the places we were visiting, and awesome food choices around.(Skyline and Smokey Bones.) We had our pups with us, and with the areas of grass it was perfect.

It’s one of the better hotels in this area. Occasionally you’ll find a room in question if it has been cleaned. Front desk people are kind and helpful. Beds are the best and super hot showers. Wifi sucks but Wi-Fi sucks at all redroof Inn and that’s because of their provider ‘Wondering-Wi-Fi’ building two at the very end of building closes to Interstate you’ll get no signal. Food establishments are very close by and bars. People have said this is a bad part of town, I disagree. Hotel is off interstate 75 and I have never experienced any problems. Crime exist everywhere and their are idiots out there but in most cases people make themselves vulnerable. I have notice on one occasion loud music from a car and out of town contractors drinking beers smoking cigarettes speaking loud. During the day this area is bustling with people shopping at Wal-Mart, Sam’s, and eating at many restaurants. Note: I frequently stay at this Inn.

Clean and new. Friendly staff. This is a bad part of town but this hotel is the best one by far.

Well, I’m alive after staying a night at this hotel, which is more than I expected when I was woken up in the middle of the night by the yelling/screaming of another tenant outside my hotel room door. The drug-fueled yelling match between him and another individual(perhaps himself) lasted several hours and seemed to change locations a couple times, going from upstairs to downstairs and back again. It was pretty scary. This was a couple weeks ago and I frankly can’t remember what all the yelling was about, but let’s just say it kept me up for awhile. It didn’t help that the front desk(reception) of the hotel was permanently locked. The only way to get in was to appear at the door and stand there until the secretary buzzed you in. So from the instant I arrived at this hotel, I got the feeling that it probably wasn’t the safest place. Either way, I came out unscathed and my car was not broken into, so I’ll call that a success. The hotel room itself is, as another reviewer put it, «no frills.» There’s a bed, a TV(of course, this is america), AC, a bathroom, and a desk. The room smelled like cat pee and cigarettes. A few stains were spotted on the blanket and on the carpet. Otherwise, the room seemed clean. There are two good things that are worth mentioning about this hotel: 1. It is quite cheap. 2. It is close to the highway.

Not a bad place to stay in Dayton, however it really is no frills. You get basically a super clean Motel 6 style room for twice the price. Room was clean, I did have Kleenex, but the wifi was horrible. Overall a B–

An average and typical motel room. Clean, no-frills, no Kleenex, but decent beds, and shower. Good for the price($ 54 incl. tax). Great for a one night stop on the way to somewhere else.
