I have been to Venice a handful of times, and have tried many restaurants. Having learned from that, I stick to Cichetti bars. This one is first of all, adorable, located in the campo Cesare Battisti, it is open air and has a nice selection of cichetti — or bar snacks, and really good one. We had a oval of fried(almost a croquette) cheese, and a mini parma sandwich — so good! For wine we had the Morellini di Scansano«Francheshini» which was very good, and a white that wasn’t worth noting. Really, this place is adorable… and not so hard to find — near the Rialto bridge, behind the market stalls in a square. It’s mislabed as ‘Al Marca’ on Tripadvisor. — Go! You really wont regret it. Great vibe, great food, good wine.
