I attended the sprouting w/kangen water class last weekend. I was a bit skeptical at first, because as my other reviews show I love all foods of varying healthiness and origin. I came a little late, but didn’t feel as guilty as with university classes. The atmosphere of the class(about 10 – 15 students) was very relaxed. Ms. Levi went through various recipes and prep work with raw vegetable, nut, and fruit ingredients. She explained the benefits and theories regarding the foods and their benefits very thoroughly, and was open to any and all questions. At the end of the prep, we were served a meal consisting of a veggie pasta with veggie sauce, a green salad with veggie/fruit dressing, a nut cheese pâté with nori, and a date and cocoa powder truffle. It was amazing, because I didn’t realize that a no egg, meat, or dairy meal could be so satisfying! Afterward my body completely detoxed over the next two days, and I ended up buying a food processor and blender to try out the diet. I am not really a good listener, so I ended up finding my own recipes for various meals even though she provided a variety of them. After a few days, I am now almost completely eating raw and definitely feel the difference.

I attended the alkaline water gallery class on June 11, and was blown away by the health benefits of eating a raw food diet has on the body. Ms. Levi was very informative and open to all questions you have about her food or lifestyle and being in the small class setting realy enhances the whole experience. Contrary to what I assumed eating raw food would taste like, Ms. Levi showed the class different ways you could prepare healthy foods, and of course we got to taste them. This class is so worth every penny for a life changing experience. I would really recommend you reserving your spot as soon as possible! You won’t regret it.
