I absolutely love the food here, everything I have had is terrific but with that being said there are a number of issues here. The parking is a nightmare here, kinda to be expected for the area but very frustrating. My wife and I ordered a Chinese chicken salad and a chicken rice wrap with Chinese salad dressing added. For the second visit in a row our order came out wrong. At least we were eating in this time and could have it fixed, the salad came out with no dressing on it and the wrap did not have the dressing I ordered either. When I went to ask for our order to be corrected, they hesitated to give me the dressing to the salad and they didn’t give me a side of dressing for my wrap since it doesn’t come with that(even though I ordered it that way) Very frustrated with the service, this will make me think twice about the next time I’m in the area, which is unfortunate because I love their food.

You can count on CCC for a healthy and filling meal. It’s great after a workout. Our office staff loves the Chinese chicken salad and the drive up curbside delivery is so convenient. If you are feeling like a sweet treat, their chocolate chip cookies are out of this world. Affordable, healthy, and so flavorful all around.

Totally agree with another reviewee. Service here now is bad! Sooo slow employees take forever and seem so careless. We waited 20 minutes to ask hey what happened to our order the employee goes oh its just sitting here. Really! Wow lazy employees today sorry to say

Not sure what’s happened to this CCC lately! The service has gone downhill and the foot preparation isn’t consistent. I ordered curb side pick-up, after waiting 20 minutes someone(looked 16) came out and apologized for the wait. His exact words were, «sorry, my shift started at 5, I did see your car here, but I completely forgot»… The salads were poorly made with hardly any chicken or pasta(CA Chicken Salad). Will not be coming back anytime soon.

I saw this place on our way to my Aunt and Uncle’s house. I looked the place up and knew I wanted it for lunch. When lunch time rolled around my Dad came here to pick up lunch. We ordered one whole rotisserie chicken, one Chinese chicken salad, one Caesar chicken wrap with whole wheat pita(for my Mom) and a shave ice(for me). My Dad only took twenty minutes or so to get our food, he said the place was pretty crowded. I ate the shave ice first while the food was getting set up to be served. It was a nice treat and it’s pretty awesome that it’s complementary. I got a plate of one chicken thigh, some Chinese chicken salad and white pita bread. The chicken meat was very moist and tender, but the skin was too salty. I loved the Chinese chicken salad and I’m not a big salad person. I guess it’s the addition of the noodles that make it more substantial. The pita bread was ok, pretty average, kinda dry. I also tried the Caesar chicken wrap, it was moist and delicious, even with the whole wheat pita bread. I like this place for lunch. It’s perfect for take out too. My favorites have to be their Chinese chicken salad and shave ice.

Love the chicken salad here. The one on Lincoln, they give you shaved ice while waiting.

I ordered a whole chicken to go. When I pick it up and got home it was four quarter chickens all dark meat. How do you get a whole chicken and give your costumer four quarter of dark meat. I’ll tell you how. Bad management and a bunch of idiots running the place.

Been going here and the other locations for a few years. I truly enjoy it. + With this location, there is often/usually some street parking for an in and out trip. + There’s a small lot in the back and they also do bring you your food if you’d like. + I love the pasta salad + I love the wraps Bottom Line — I don’t know how/why I hadn’t reviewed for the handful of years I’d been coming here, but I enjoy this place and will keep returning… Perhaps I’m due for another trip now. =)

The best Chinese Chicken salad on the planet. Hands down. I love that you can order it over the phone and they will bring it out to your car. It’s sort of a healthy drive thru option. I’ve had their broccoli soup and it’s also amazing. Very good customer service and amazing food. I’ve been a customer for years and will continue to drive out of my way to come here.

I give this location 5 stars because they serve wine! LOL, okay so that’s not why but it is a plus. Parking: Next to the establishment and you can get to their parking lot by entering off the side street. Or good ol’ street parking. Did I mention they serve wine? Lol, they also have complimentary snow cones. The prices here really good. The salads are huge! Which is what we normally get and its enough to serve 2. If you’re looking for something healthy and yummy, this is the place to go.

One of the best healthy menu restaurants here in Co Cal! Upon entering this location here in Venice, where parking is very limited. There is a small lot next to the side of the building for about 6 vehicles and there is metered street parking which is patrolled with vengeance by the police. I have been here nearly a dozen times. There must be at least 50 chickens on the rotisserie at any given time. I ordered a roasted chicken double white meat with a side fruit cup and rosemary roasted potatoes. The chickens are marinated to perfection with savory hot skin dripping off. The fruit was crisp and very fresh and the roasted potatoes were to die for. The service very clean fast service fair prices, there is a huge selection of fountain drinks. I have sat in the traditional tables which are rather spartan. I prefer the high tops with a street view, this is a nice option if your watching your ride and hoping to avoid a ticket

Convenient, consistent, delicious and fresh chicken. I’ve been coming here for years, and you can’t go wrong with the quarter chicken(white meat) with two generous portions of sides! I love the vegetable soup, roasted potatoes and salad. I used to love their spiral spinach pasta, but it was discontinued following a nationwide spinach recall. Parking can be a challenge, but order ahead and their is a pick-up spot in the back which is usually available.

Good food at good prices. The skin on the roasted chicken is a tangy and tasty delight. I usually go for the 3 piece dark chicken meal. The only thing I don’t like here are the mashed potatoes. They are mealy and have a strange texture as if they were pressed through a strainer and a bit on the watery side. They should add some roasted garlic IMO to get rid of the mealy smell. The people here are always nice. Note to manager, I saw that the water level in the toilet bowl was low. This being a Toto toilet I knew what the easy fix was. Toto toilets have a filling hose that needs to be pointed into the long tube in the middle. As happens so often when anyone does work on these toilets they mistakenly point it into the tank so the bowl doesn’t get properly filled. Though the hose was a bit short, I fixed the toilet for you guys and now your bowl water level is back to normal. You’re welcome!

My co-workers and I order curbside pickup from this location about once a week. Half the time they get something wrong… whether it be a missed side, white meat instead of dark, and/or wrong type of pita bread. We love the food, its healthy and tasty but really annoying to have to drive back because of their mistakes. I talked to the manager Henry who apologizes, promises to upgrade to a larger side for the inconvenience, then forgets about that too. Until they start getting their curbside pick-up together, this review stays.

Another bout of dementia when I swore I reviewed this years back, but apparently not. Whenever I have to get my car serviced down the way, I walk here to eat lunch, and I always get the same thing: chicken pasta salad(spiral pasta with chicken and green onions basically mixed in with thousand island) and mashed potatoes/gravy with white pita for $ 7. Then to spice things up, I grab one little side of BBQ sauce. Boring? Yes. Delicious? Absolutely. Truth, I have had other items, though I am not a fan of wraps, but they do them quite well from what I’ve seen. I believe all locations have the same items, with the exception of Hollywood, who don’t serve one of their potato items. Most likely, I won’t be visiting that location due to my love of spuds. There’s also a complimentary shaved ice machine, and a decent supply of syrups you can add to your hearts desire. The machine was rather loud when I used it, so everyone in the place knows you’re getting something. Free arking available on the side of the restaurant; enter through the back. They also have a few spots in the very back for ‘curbside’ pickup. I’ll be sitting at the counter by the door.

This is weird… but I want to hoard gallons of their Chinese chicken salad dressing. It’s crazy addicting. And I need it always. Now this may not be the most useful review for someone wondering if CCC is good overall bc, as a creature of habit, once I find something I like I order that non stop forever. So basically this is for you only if you are wondering«Should I get the Chinese chicken salad?» Answer: Jesssssss. It’s a loaded salad with mandarin oranges, lettuce blend, carrots, tons of shredded chicken breast, rotini pasta, crunchy roasted almonds and crunchy noodles(which I typically just ask to not be put on). I get this with the dressing on the side and it comes with some whole wheat pita(bc ju know you want to make a Chinese chicken pita sammich too!). Their almond cabbage slaw is also the goodness(I tend to combine the two into a big ol salad). Order to go is easy here(they have parking spots for pickup where you just park and they’ll bring the food and bill out to you!). But if you do go inside then don’t forget to load up on salsa and grab some free shaved ice. And here’s a tip — ask for some extra dressing bc then you can extend the life of your salad out(it’s big!) and add lettuce, etc yourself to the leftovers for a second or third meal. Or dip carrots into the dressing… or drink… I mean… share it with others…

Healthy/tasty food for an unbeatable price. PARKING: At this particular location, I am thrilled to say that they have their own parking lot in the back. I was a little worried since this CCC is located in Venice and everything in Venice is street parking. Do not fear, they have lots of free parking! AMBIANCE: Very casual place. Great for lunch. They have lots of seating for both large and small parties. FOOD: Tasty and generous with their portions. All of the ingredients are fresh and the food is consistently good. Today, I ordered the combo wrap which is made with chicken, lettuce, avocado, sprouts, and jack cheese all wrapped up in a warm and thick wheat pita bread. The pita was sealed tightly and had a nice firmness that did not make this wrap turn into a mess. The sprouts were very crunchy and added a good amount of texture to it. The chicken was moist and tender but not as much flavor as I’d like. The wrap itself had a lot of sauce in it so I felt like it kind of strayed away from the taste of the chicken. This was my fault because they have an amazing salsa and spice bar here. All easily accessible too. They even offer a sweet and sour sauce which I thought was weird to go with chicken but hey, why not? I drenched my wrap with sriracha and their red salsa. The salsa had a good amount of heat to it and gave the wrap that extra oomph that it needed. 4⁄5 For a side, I got their broccoli pasta salad which I was really excited to try due to all the hype. The pasta was cooked al dente and the broccoli was still crunchy but it was way too creamy/saucy. 3⁄5 Best part is they have a shaved machine for FREE! Yes, for free. It is located right by the soda machine and they offer several flavors: watermelon, cherry, and blueberry. Do not forget to get this! It is a great palate cleanser. Lastly, if you have a school ID on you, you get a free drink as well!

Good place to get something fresh during lunch time. Soup, salad, sandwich and wrap place, pretty standard. Ordered the combo wrap(MUST get) and the Chinese Chicken Salad*. Most entrees are from $ 8 – 10. Awesome parts: 1. Plenty of seating 2. FREE shaved ice 3. Big portions 4. Fast service 5. The combo wrap. Avocado just earns extra points wherever it is. Plus, the wrap was very filling but still nutritionally sound! Bad stuff: 1. *Check your nutrition values on the salad. The Chinese Chicken Salad has 1500 calories– last time I checked, salads should be a little healthier than that! 2. No outdoor seating(womp womp)
