Captain’s Landing

My wife and I have purchased a lot of clothes here over the last 5+ years — especially the hook & tackle brand. One of my pairs of $ 50 shorts started unraveling so we took them back into the store. They told me that they never sold that color and would not help us. They got quite rude about a receipt and never selling that pair of shorts. Unfortunately I couldn’t produce a receipt.
We have the great option of buying online or from a local retailer (we live here) and always gravitate towards the local guys because they always take care of their customers. Not in this case. We won’t return. On the day this happened, we drove a few miles south to West Marine and bought 4 more shirts (that we had planned to buy in CL).
Too bad. No reason to shop here ever again.
