I also got the Groupon deal, since this isn’t a service I thought would be needed. I would recommend for anyone getting a new home, or a home that hasn’t had their vents clean in a few years to give Envirocare a call.
During the initial inspection, it was discovered that the attic’s vent system had a rat problem… again. Small holes were giving the rats a chance to crawl into the attic. The rate for the service was around $ 2000 to deep clean the attic, change the vent tubes with new ones, fill in the holes, and basically clean the entire ventilation system (Including the dryer vents).
There was a minor miscommunication during the second part of the appointment, but Eli took care of it right away. Our house now has less dust, and I recently checked the attic and no rat problems. The holes sealed most of it off, and the new tubing isn’t chewed up like before.

I found EnviroCare through Groupon. It’s been 5 years since we moved in to our house and not knowing what accumulation of dust could be in our air vents we decided it would be a good time to do a thorough cleaning… We purchased the groupon and made the appointment. Eli came to our house and he was very friendly and informative. They did a thorough inspection of our attic and heater unit. After hearing their recommendations we decided to do a deep cleaning and they were also gonna patch up some holes they found in our attic so we don’t get any uninvited guest. Needless to say I was very impressed with their work. I can rest assured now that when we turn our heater on we will be breathing clean air. Will definitely be using again in the future.
