We only used the Tow service via AAA but Chris was super professional and very helpful. We will definitely try them in the future for any automotive needs.
Hopefully we won’t need any work done anytime soon :/

Had to drop off my vehicle here for a repair. They were «AAA Approved» and I thought it would be good. Just to look at my vehicle they charged $ 25.00. Decided to get a new vehicle and wanted to tow my old one back to my house. I once again called AAA. The wrecker beat me to the car and delivered it to my house almost three hours later… I wouldn’t recommend their shop or «AAA Approved» again.

Horrible experience!
I was Giving COSTLY wrong information by a employee here.
I was told I couldn’t get anything off my vehicle while it was in there, stating it was now property of the insurance company since it was wrecked, i.e. I can’t touch it, move it, or anything. ok
I left only find out a few weeks later that not only to I need to get the car towed out, but they’ve charged me everyday for storage!
I called and explained this, I told the manager «I don’t get in car accidents everyday, I don’t know how this works and they should be there to help, not swindle.
She said her employee whould never tell me that. He then got back on the phone and indeed admitted he did give me that WRONG information.
The manager then continues to be rude and said «well there’s nothing we can do.»
Still had to pay the full storage bill and the towing bill.
they also dropped the car off at my home halfway in the driveway and halfway in the front yard!
Exactly where we askaed them not to drop it.
I would go to a shop 10 miles away before I went here again.

These guys know how to treat customers well. I found them via AAA. They came to my home to check on a dead car battery. They were able to get my car started, but it needed further diagnostic testing to be sure a free replacement battery could be provided through my AAA battery warranty. They did the advanced testing back at their garage for free and my battery was replaced under the terms of the warranty. I was there for a few hours while my battery charged. I have to tell you they provided great service to every customer who walked in, as well as those who called in. They were gracious, informative, helpful and fair. From what I saw, each time they encountered a customer, they tried to do what was in the customer’s best interest. I’m really impressed. Should I need a repair in the future, Flagship Garage will be at the top of my list.
