Couldn’t be happier with the work and price for my framing request. Will did an amazing job framing my newspapers and presented them beautifully. The price was even cheaper than what he quoted me. Highly recommend this establishment and will be coming back again

I came here in hopes of getting a painting custom framed. I saw the deal on Unilocal and was hoping to get a good price. Unfortunately I have expensive taste and the frames I liked were super expensive, even with the «discount» the guy said he’d give me. As in the frame would be double the price of the actual painting, which I couldn’t justify. I ended up not getting my painting framed here due to the cost, but if you have an unlimited budget they had some nice selections to choose from.

My girlfriend and I ordered a custom frame for a piece of art that is very important to us. The art is a 9 panel painting, and they did a beautiful job with a raised panel placement. However, when we picked up the piece we noticed some of the paint in certain sections had some white smudge marks… which likely happened when we stacked the panels to bring them in. No problem! They opened up the frame and helped us fix the issues at NO CHARGE. We were thrilled with the final product and the excellent customer experience! Will and Sam are very easy to work with and they care about making sure you are happy with their work.

How does a frame store get a 5-​star review? Low prices, quality work, a good selection of frames & mats, and amiable service. I came here after calling around to various frame stores for a price quote. Will, the person I dealt with here, gave me a price quote at about $ 150 after a variety of «discounts and promotions.» Bottom line is, the price beat out comparable competitors that I had called.
Next, I showed up and found that Will was pretty good at his craft. The document I wanted framed is very important and very delicate — its intricate designs are cut out of one solid piece of paper. Will assured me multiple times that he would take great care in his work, which he did — the document was not damaged in any way. Finally, Will sat with me and matched various frames and mats until I picked the ones that looked nicest. I settled on a classic, minimalist black frame, off-​white matting to match the document, and a copper second matting that matched the document as well. I’m not sure why I’m writing all this.
Anyway, the job was done when Will promised, and he was a friendly and patient guy. He even told me a story about Puff Daddy barging in one evening and getting something framed there while an actual music video was being filmed outside (I guess it was something framed for the video). Weird. And that, my friends, is about as interesting as my frame shopping adventures get.

I have had several frames made at Frame 2000. They always do a terrific job. They help with the design, and execute the work beautifully.
I will always take my special framing projects here.

The custom frame came out wonderful. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and do good work. The pricing was reasonable for the 2-​border custom frame with uv-​protection glass.

I found this frame shop online and unlike my expectations, they were very helpful and supportive with my needs. The girl who assisted me was patiently and gently helping to make sure that I am fully satisfied and happy. Great selection of choices and options. Remember The 50% OFF check IN offer on Unilocal doesn’t apply to all products, and it’s only for a small selected lower quality frames. Parking is available and very convenient as well. This place will be my regular frame shop.

Sam and Will always do a wonderful job of framing my artwork and the pricing is always fair…

I’ve gotten multiple items (ranging from small to very large) framed here and I will keeping coming back! Sam and Will are very professional, efficient and friendly!

I was quoted a price on the phone, and went I went in to pay for the item — they would not honor the Unilocal deal. They raised the price and claimed that they took 50% already off the item. It’s a classic business scheme: quote customers double the price of and item and take 50% off when it’s convenient. The original price they quote before the 50% discount is absolutely ridiculous, and no other quality framer in the area has the same methods. The store is also a complete mess.
Allan Jeffries Framing in Santa Monica offers a Unilocal deal that they DO honor after quoting a price!

Sam was wonderful. We had 9 pictures to be framed. 3 were cell’s from Hanna-​Barbera.
Framing was perfect. 1 was a portrait done of our daughter in Paris. Again just beautiful.

Will is an artist. I have used him on two projects in the last month and his work has been really excellent.
First project was a large movie poster — beautifully framed under museum glass.
Second project was to mount a 75 year old painting on a mat of a hiking map (the painting is of a camping leanto at a location on the map). Will retouched missing parts of the painting (hey, he’s an artist!), then in the matting he actually wrapped the map into the side of the frame, yielding a wonderful three dimensional effect.
Will’s work at Frame 2000 is not cheap, but if you really care about your work, and you want a bit of creativity, this is the place to come !

Great service! Really good advise when you get to frame delicate stuff.

I needed something custom-​framed and printed ASAP and Frame 2000 came through for me! I had a turnaround time of one day and they were able to fit my needs, with a rush charge obviously, but they were so helpful through the entire process. It’s a family owned business and you can tell they really care about customer service. I will definitely go back for other framing needs.
