Keetsa Eco-Friendly Mattresses

I have been sleeping on my new Keetsa mattress for a few weeks now, and I am so happy with my purchase from beginning to end! I loved that I was able to visit the Keetsa store in Venice to actually try out the beds in person — and the salesperson was so nice and helpful (not at all like the salesfolks I met in other mattress stores). After checking out the beds in person, I did a little more research and ended up buying the Keetsa Plus online. It was an easy purchase — and shipped to my home quickly. I set up the mattress myself, though I would recommend that sane people find someone to help them, since it is a bit heavy and unwieldy. The very best part is the quality of sleep I am getting! Three weeks in, and I’m really pleased with the mattress. The most interesting thing — I used to wake up in a jumble of covers, I assume from tossing and turning all night. Since I started sleeping on the Keetsa, I wake up from my deep comfortable sleep with a very tidy bed — no more struggling to find a comfortable sleeping position. Great bed, especially for the reasonable price point!

Jonathan and Adam were very helpful and patient as my friend and I explored the store. They were very knowledgable about each mattress and pillow type. They had wonderful customer service and made the experience that much more enjoyable!

One star for the comfortable shopping experience. I purchased the Keetsa pillow top not so long ago and it was good for a couple of weeks. I have used it very little due to being away almost since the date of purchase, but now have to sleep on it daily. The pillow top is already sagging resulting in chronic back pain all day. The quality is poor as the top has no support and has already worn.
Good for a week, but very poor quality. Now they have had my $ 1000.00 the store are not interested. BE warned and be careful. I am VERY disappointed and angry .

So after reading some reviews here, I decided that an eco-​friendly mattress would be just the right thing for my new apartment in LA.
Getting there was easy enough and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The guy who helped me was not pushy and had all the answers to my many questions. I bought the Keetsa plus the next day and the mattress arrived a few days later (though FedEx were actually terrible at the delivery! But thats a separate review).
The mattress was soft and cushy but three weeks in, I was waking up at night and my back hurt. So I called the store and they were very understanding and offered me to come and try the topper they had for such situations.
And voila! One night in and I was sleeping comfortably and soundly. The topper really did the trick. I wish it wasn’t so bulky but maybe with the mattress cover it will look better. You cant satisfy everyone, but I’m glad there was a solution for my problem and decent people to talk to.

All around great experience here. Phenomenal quality and service. Will never go elsewhere for a mattress!

Wonderful healthy, comfortable, high quality (natural latex, organic cover etc…) and very affordable products. Made to last. It’s a great investment. I love their attitude, their ethics, kindness and efficiency. I literally walked in, tried their mattresses which were actually so much better than I expected. And 10 mn later i walked out with the desired mattress in a box that fitted in the back of my small car. What a great experience at the store!

It is not easy to find a toxin free mattress. Glad we came across Keetsa. We bought a mattress for our toddler. Super comfi and a great price compared to all the other green options.

I love my mattress! It’s been about 2 months now, and everyone who’s come over and sat on it has felt the need to lie down and check it out, and they all find it super comfy and are impressed by the eco-​friendly aspects. I did a lot of research before buying it, and settled on keetsa for what you get for the price. The buying experience was easy and kinda fun trying out the options. Staff are good at fitting your sleeping habits to the right (and in my case the second least expensive) of their ~6 mattress types. You can fit the box in many cars, but since it’s la I need to mention that parking is a challenge. I am very very very happy with my mattress and free (ask about it) pillow. Couldn’t recommend more!

I’m glad we made the decision to splurge a little on a Keetsa mattress. My experience with this company all together gets 5 stars. The abbot kinney show room is super nice and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. A lot of mattress stores are like used car lots, but these guys are just informative — not pushy. We went with the standard Keetsa plus and I’ve been sleeping great. Not only are these beds comfortable, they are also eco-​friendly. Believe it or not, you can walk into the store. buy a mattress. and leave with it in the backseat of a small sedan because of the smart packaging. Oh and because I love FREE, if you make a youtube video of the unboxing of your Keetsa mattress, you get a free pillow. Das Wassup!

Had a great experience at Keetsa. Have been looking for something comfortable, affordable, and eco friendly and I found it here. Was particularly impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable young man Adam was very helpful and helped us find the right mattress for us. Delivery was quick and the whole thing was easy and smooth. I would highly recommend them!

This place is really the best. I always thought it was kind of gross to sleep on fake-​o beds and pillows (you know that chemical new mattress smell?), and I am so happy that Keetsa offers such a fabulous, natural alternative thats also affordable. Also, the store is just cool to be in! Their staff, Adam and Jonathan, are very nice, helpful salesman that make getting a new mattress a relaxing, easy (and dare I say fun?) experience. I’m a huge fan of their candles too — I plan to keep the lavender one as a permanent fixture on my coffee table! Can’t say enough about this place.
