Once again, I was was jumping for joy over the service and speed in which my laptop situation was diagnosed and remedied… and this was all done remotely. While out of town for work, my laptop keyboard and mousepad stopped functioning. A remote session was set up and the problem diagnosed (thank goodness it was a software and not a hardware issue) and then repaired. I have been trusting noone else with my computer maintenance and software issues for the past five years (even from half way around the world) and I fully intent to keep it that way.

I was having trouble with my internet connection at home, and I called hoping for some (free) over the phone troubleshooting. I spoke to Aaron who walked me through a quick check of my connections, reset of my router, etc. I’m happy to say I’m back online (and can write this review) because of the fast and courteous support provided by these guys. Highly recommended!
