We have known randy for quite some time. Malibu not only has installed and maintained systems for us in several different properties over the years but everybody we have referred to them have been taken care of with the utmost care. Feb 2016. Heat wave. Turn on the Ac, only fan. Called their office. Sorta explained the problem as I understood it. They squeezed us in next day at 8:00 am. His son and a helper showed up right on time ready to find out what was wrong. Very thorough. Replaced a filter in the attic we didn’t even know was there. Located a bad capacitor on the condensing unit. Replaced it. Ac back to life. They even installed a new nest thermostat and programmed it for us. Finished in just about an hour after checking our system and documenting some follow up items. Cleaned every bit of dirt that fell on the floor when they went into the attic and when they installed the new thermostat. I would never use anybody else. Happy w feb heat wave and Ac working

What a bunch of screw-ups. I can’t tell you how many calls it took to get someone on the phone. I heard stories about them losing my number and stories about the display on their phone being broken so they couldn’t read my number. I got shit from the kid for calling his«personal number», even though it’s the number my developer gave me and the kid had never once mentioned before that there was a better number to call. I finally got them to send someone out and get my air running again. That was last month. As of last night, it dead. These guys are absolutely bottom of the barrel.
