RHN Property Management

Really wish there was an option for negative stars. I lived at an RHN property on inglewood Blvd in culver city and I can say for certain that this company should be shut down. At this time I am still owed a security deposit of over $ 1300 that they have yet to pay me. I moved out in December 2015. If you are considering an RHN property, I STRONGLY advise against it. Worst property management in Southern California. 3 different building managers in less than 3 years. Horrible communication from landlord who works another job and is not committed to serving his residents. Stay far… far away from RHN property management.

super rude, I would never recommend renting from them!

I lived on a RHN property on Centinela Ave, and everything was cozy until December ’14. Everyone on the property was given a notice that a unit had been robbed and they should be careful with their belongings. RHN took no additional precautions. On February ’15, 2 more units were robbed — mine and a nextdoor unit. Once again, RHN gave each apartment fliers to be careful, and took no additional action.
I mailed a letter to RHN to tell them they need to consider additional security measures because someone is likely targeting this property (police explained that most cases where burglaries recur in the same place indicate the perpetrator is likely a resident or connected to a resident of that property). I submitted my 30 day verbal request to move out, and asked if they had any other properties I could consider.
Ever since I expressed how I no longer feel safe on the property, RHN and my property manager showed all indication that they want me to leave ASAP.
I do not believe RHN or my property manager are associated with the crimes occurring, however I am offended by how little they seem to care about their tenants’ safety.
If you are ever considering the RHN property on Centinela — I urge you to consider looking elsewhere. Or buy your own security system.
