This company provided a horrible home inspection on a home we purchased, to keep it short we have to replace the roof and many other things they told us were just fine. Make sure you check the Better Business Bureau to see the complaints. And don’t forget if you do hire them and complain how Bob will make it a point to tell you that you have buyers remorse.
In this day and age we need companies/​people that take pride in what they do.
Pay special attention on the bbb to complaints that even contain same problems with the company.
You can see ours and others complaints on the bbb including all the problems we had and they missed.

the inspection was adequate but they gave my contact information to a home security system company to solicit my business. I don’t appreciate them giving my contact info out and would not recommend them because of this.
