Mike Monaghan is the best Verizon sales rep I’ve ever met. He handled ever problem and question without missing a beat– no wonder his title is «Solution Specialist». Mike will be at the Port Charlotte location starting in a week. If you want the best Verizon customer service, go find him. It’ll be worth the drive.

This refers to Verizon Internet/TV/phone, I have no idea how their wireless is since I have AT&T. WARNING: Amazingly these verizon folks give MUCH better deals to new customers rather than loyal customers like me who have been with them for 10 years! Also mid contract their«discounts» go away with no reason or notification and you’re left with a much higher payment until you notice and are forced to complain to rein it back in. Just recently spent two weeks at the end of my contract trying to get a fair deal. They refused wanting to jump me UP $ 30+/month for a lesser plan! I was only able to cut a deal AFTER my contract expired and I threatened to leave to their«retention» dept. Did I mention I had to call 3 times today just to get it done as the first two got disconnected on the endless transfers! Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. The only reason I stayed is it’s a huge hassle to have to switch over all the services, especially the email where i would have a totally new email! The only positive I can say is mostly their reps were respectful. It’s not their fault they are saddled with super uncustomer friendly«plans». Unbelievably, the ONLY time you are treated to a good plan is when you are a NEW customer! Thumbs DOWN !
