I was once an artist here. If your intention with the purchase of artwork is to support artists, this is not the way to do that. If I had my way, all galleries would show transparancy in their deal with artists, so allow me to divulge. they charge top dollar for artists to hang their work, then take a large percentage. if an establishment believes in their artists, they put out the risk in the space in good faith that they can sell the work. the artist has already done more risk than that by spending incredible time and resources to create the work. The time i was there, Dary would spend much of her time trying to get onto Shark Tank. I really hope she gets on the show and she shares publicly her business strategy. That would be great. there are much better ways to support artists. if you are interested in learning more on how to support artists directly and effectively, to be a true art patron, feel free to contact me. BUT if you are looking for a quick souvenir, there you have it.

What a trip!!! I love this place. It’s overflowing with great, affordable, really INTERESTING pieces … the kind of things you don’t see anywhere else. The neighborhood is really fun, too, with great restaurants and fun shops. Take an hour and browse Very Very Art with a friend… And take home something that will definitely be a conversation piece!

This is my favorite shop to get holiday gifts this season! I found not only gifts but stocking stuffers, thank you cards, and treats for myself as well. It has so many things in side which may feel overwhelming but the great thing about it is that there is something for everyone!
