Jeffrey Webster and his dad Ralph have had this office here for decades now! It’s a family-owned business, in a kitschy, 70s-décor-looking office that they run together. I went to Dr. Jeff for about a year, several years ago, with my now ex bf after we got in a car accident together. I always felt like I was being taken care of by my caring uncle or something, because it was a warm-feeling, buffered-from-the-rest-of-the-world place to enter into. My favorite thing was this dimly-lit physical therapy room where Dr. Jeff would loosen us up by lying us on these back-rolling machines, with hot hydrocollator packs. It was so relaxing, that we sometimes would doze off by the time he’d come and get us for our adjustments! Since we had both had accidents, our initial visit consisted of x-rays, the rolling table, and very gentle adjustments. After Dr. Jeff reviewed the x-rays, he marked them up in a very specific way, so he would have a better idea of where to adjust us. Dr. Jeff’s adjusting technique is very different from any other I’ve ever experienced — I believe he went to Palmer Chiropractic College. He would release an area of the spine by using pressure elsewhere on the body, then literally«jiggle» the spine back into place. I’ve had all levels of force when it comes to chiropractic adjustments and this is one of the gentlest. Dr. Jeff is a huge believer in what he does — perhaps because he had a terrible car accident when he was in his late teens, and his father(challenging his son’s negative prognosis by Western medical doctors) basically got him mobile again, using chiropractic techniques. How’s that for a miracle story?! I always felt very nurtured by Dr. Jeff’s caring bedside manner, and have referred several people to him over the years!
