Our new favorite breakfast place! Not only was the food wonderful, the waitress, Trish, was a hoot. She was friendly, a great waitress, and extremely funny. She made us feel very welcome and kept a smile on our faces the whole time. Don’t miss this place!

Always great. Fresh, organic, local, inventive menu. Great for breakfast and lunch. My favorite is always the organic omelette du jour. Also great gluten free French toast, quinoa salads and more. Crazy busy during the summer but service is always quick and courteous. Best breakfast around.

We LOVE Hannah G’s…and go for breakfast almost every weekend in the summer. If we go early enough(which we almost always do), we are able to bring out golden retriever with us and eat outside. The food is always fresh and delicious. The omelets, the chia pancake specials, the cheesesteak omelets, the bagels, the fruit, etc, etc, yummmmmm! Plus, we are able to get a to-go cup for our coffee, which we love for our walk back home. Is it summer yet?! :)

Second time eating breakfast here in Margate and it’s a solid spot. I wouldn’t say it blew me away or was unique but the breakfasts are sizable and fairly priced and the options are on the same page as any diner but you can tell it’s got a personal touch. The French Toast special was very basic for it being a 9 $ meal, they just put candied nuts on the normal french toast. The pancakes were fluffy and yummy and decently large. The bacon tasted over cooked and the scrapple was a bit mushy but I enjoyed the breakfast none the less. However our waitress was very pushy to have us order then never came back to check on us and we had to flag her down for a bit to get the check. I would definitely go back for another breakfast to save from making dirty dishes before headed out to the beach.

This is my all time favorite breakfast place hands down. Although in the summer, I try to stay away. Too many Shoobs The yogurt plate is to die for. Fresh fruit overflowing the bowl atop Greek yogurt and granola. Absolutely amazing The quinoa French toast is one of my daughters favorites as well as the corn cakes. Freshly made there the quinoa bread is actually made there then made into French toast The corn cakes are reminiscent of polenta my gram used to make. My other daughter loves the Mexican special item. Eggs salsa cheese –all up her alley. My dad. Simply likes pancakes. Multigrain with blues The power cakes are my sisters fav. She is a picky eater and these satisfy her cravings. Also the oatmeal. With fresh berries. Always a winner. They also offer turkey breakfast meats that we love The menu specials are so fabulous it is hard to choose one thing. Usually we over order Best breakfast so far on the east coast!

Got there at 9am on a Sunday. Waited 40 mins for a table for two. There were two stools open at the counter the whole time but we were told they were not available because some guy was saving those seats. 20 – 30 people waiting and they’re seating incomplete parties. Finally get seated and… …they’re out of the one thing on the menu I went there to eat(the vegan pancakes.) How do you run out of anything on your menu at 9:40am? I tried to get something else but they could not tell me the ingredients to some of their foods and I have food allergies. How do you not know what’s in the food you serve? You’re a restaurant. Had to go somewhere else. Two hours wasted when you total travel time, parking, wait, etc.

Not impressed. Food was not as fresh as I expected from reviews. The potatoes were not very good. Oily. Eggs mediocre. Pancakes not fluffy.

Came here after a workout with the BF. Very nice place! Servers are friendly and very attentive. Bright and airy. The menu is eclectic. Home made. Fresh. Vegan. Organic & gluten free! I ordered the Quinoa French Toast & a side of egg whites. BF ordered the power pancakes & a side of sunny up eggs. Food came out fast. About 10 mins. AMAZINGFOOD! Quinoa French toast were stuffed with blueberries and topped with strawberries. Insanely filling. Power pancakes were made with protein and blueberries. I enjoyed my food. Options for the whole family. They use very fresh items which you can’t beat. Even the coffee is good. A new home for me. We’ll definitely be back!

Consistently amazing food with specials that change and always sound great. Today I got eggs, pancakes, and home fries, and of course was once again pleased with how fresh the food is, the service, and everything else about the restaurant. This will always be my favorite brunch place down the shore!

Great brunch place. The location is really small and the wait is really long. I wish I could say that the wait was worth it and if I were really hungry I dont know if I would have stayed. The food is very good and if posisble, go on a weekday.

The best lunch and breakfast on the island. Worth the wait for organic produce and pancakes. Coffee is so so but who cares. Love the veggie omelet and grilled chicken wrap.

Good neighborhood restaurant in Ventnor, busy on a saturday morning but the service was fast. Food comes out fast as does the coffee. Portions are decent, not too large. My omelet was well cooked, with lots of fresh vegetables, and the toast was warm and not overdone. However, nothing all that special about the omelet though. Service gets the food out fast but they never came around to refill the coffee even after being there for 20 minutes with empty coffee cup. Price is cash only, and reasonable, with most entrees being under $ 10

Cute local breakfast stop! And they have vegan and vegetarian options as well! I got the quinoa omlette which was great as well as the waffles. Our service was also really friendly and pretty fast. You can tell this is a nice small town shop where everyone knows each other.

A nice little breakfast & brunch place in Margate if your looking for a decent meal at a good value. My friend and I went to Hannah G’s on a Friday morning in July, so the place was decently full, inside and outside of the restaurant. The place isn’t that big at all, but we sat on the inside table near the window, which was a decent view of the Margate area. Food quality was just okay. Both of us got omelets with different vegetables and meats inside, but they didn’t really pack the omelet all the way, leaving it kind of eggy. Also, we got an order of home fries with onions, which weren’t that amazing. Price wise, it ended up being around $ 24 plus tip for two people, so not really that expensive compared to if you try to eat at a casino in Atlantic City. Our waitress was friendly, but not amazing. Basically, the place didn’t blow me away with anything, but that doesn’t mean it was bad at all. Decent place to go to eat in the area; atmosphere is very small and makes you feel at home, prices are decent, food is fine and the service seemed to be fine also. Not the best place to eat, but certainly not a bad place either.

This place is a gem tucked in the city of Ventor just passed the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City nearby. We had to come here after my friend noticed quinoa french toast on the menu. Its a quaint and homey place for breakfast. I love that they have organics on the menu. I of course ordered the quinoa pancakes topped with strawberry and mangoes(i just wished there were more mangoes). The waitress stated to try it without adding any syrup first. She was definitely right, no need to add the syrup. The dish itself was quite sufficient alone. I have never had quinoa before(don’t really know why) but i definitely enjoyed this. The portion is more than enough for two to share. I even had some leftovers for later. My friend got the gluten free apple cinnamon pancakes; it was good but tasted kind of wet. Her bf got the blueberry muffin french toast with cinnamon pears. It was delish, we all thought it was going to be sweeter but was not, which i thought was great. It was not too overwhelming. Who knew, muffin dipped in french toast batter would be so good. They also enjoyed the corned beef hashed and chicken feta sausage. Our other friend had an everything bagel. Coffee was the usual. My friend did state after i left that the waitress offered them to go cups for their coffee and even offered her an iced coffee to go as well. If your looking for a place to eat other than the boardwalk and casinos then head on down here. You will surely not be disappointed.

What a fantastic spot! Close enough to the casinos but far enough away to feel like a person again for a couple of hours before sitting back under the harsh casino indoor lights and stuffy air. The prices are perfect for the HUGE portions they serve up here. Omlets are delicious, had the BEST pork roll/egg/cheese sandwich, also a delicious plate of eggs over easy and a side of scrumptious scrapple! Ginormous stack of pancakes were absolutely delicious too. Coffee is strong and the cup would be filled again before the it was empty. Its a Cash only place, and I gripe all the time about that, come on people come out of the dark ages and into the credit light… but it is STILL so worth it to go to break up the mundane casino breakfast buffet and room service breakfast option.

Hannah G’s isn’t the cheapest breakfast joint, but their prices are moderate for the area and a bargain when compared to the likes of Ozzie’s, where they saw off your arm in exchange for half a cup of orange juice. The food is good and the staff is local and friendly. All of their breakfast dishes are reliably delicious and well-prepared, and the service is usually pretty fast. The problem with this place is it’s small size and overpopulation in the summer. The restaurant goes back pretty deep, but is horizontally challenged and can cause awkward and cramped interactions with strangers. It’s also not uncommon to be met with a line out the door in the summer, occupied mainly by grumbling summer-folk which make the experience not worth your time if you’re a local. In addition this place is CASHONLY, which normally would make me cringe– HOWEVER, there is a bank with an outdoor ATM providentially located just across the street(thus giving me the impression that they’re actually rather savvy business people). The food is good as are the staff, but I would recommend avoiding the cramped mess this place becomes in the summer.
