I was selling my home and needed a small piece of hardware to fix my blinds. Had tried several other places and got the brush off because it wasn’t worth their time. I was assisted by three people at Arjays and they found the part; a small drive that rotates the blinds. they didn’t charge me for it when i offered to pay. I greatly appreciate the level of customer service they put in for something they had little to gain on.
I see a post about Jackie and I can kinda’ see why they commented that way, but I think she just gets straight to business, which gets mistaken for being rude. She was the one that made sure the part was found and set aside for me… Thank you for following through Jackie!

I have used Arjay’s twice and they have been consistently on time, professional and the end result has been great. This time I have them replace bi-​folding closet doors and install sliding shutters. The look is clean and now I can put items right up to the doors and not worry about having to move the items when I need to get into the closet.

We purchased shutters for the front of our home. They are beautiful and we are very happy with them. We bought split shutters so that the upper half of the windows can be opened while the bottom half is shut for privacy. We thought ever person we dealt with was friendly and professional.

We have hired Arjays Window Fashions two times personally and my in laws recently hired them. They are responsive, professional and such a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide great guidance when needed in choosing the right solution and product for your setting. Everyone from the owners to the installers are first class. I will never go anywhere else! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased shutters, shades, and drapes for my entire home from this company and it was a big mistake. For starters for each installation a different installer needs to come out. Measurements were off and so items needed to be reordered. Some items were not ordered at all and had to be reordered. There was a lack of communication between the installers and the salespeople and me as the customer. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months and in the end both the product and the overall job were mediocre in many regards. Management — claiming ignorance of months of problems– finally got involved at the 11^th hour, but my then the damage had been done. Everything is paid in advance and so while they have your money (and they are not inexpensive by any measure) you do not have your product and the job is not being accomplished in a professional manner. There are lots of window covering companies out there, try someone else or you will wish you had.

My blinds are beautiful but I dislike dealing with Jackie. She is rude and does not communicate well with others.

I want to thank Arjays Window Fashions and especially Evelyne Saul for helping me design and install my beautiful window treatments. Evelyne was very knowledgeable and professional in all phases of my planning. I would recommend Evelyne and Arjays to anyone that wants to have window treatments.

If you are happy with Arjay’s shutter product now, wait for 6 – 7 years later. I had Arjay’s shutters installed in 2007 (cost more than $ 12,000 at that time), few years ago, the paint started cracking. Now Arjay claims I had water damage that is out of warranty, and refuses to provide any repair. So guys, watch out for them. Protect yourselves. They are sneaky.

I am so happy with the job that Arjay’s just completed in my home, that I wanted to share my experience. Besides the awesome products and the beautiful installation job that was done for every window in my 5000 Sq. foot home, working with the staff was a pleasure! I was able to sit back and relax as samples were brought to me so I could judge what to do for each room. I decided on many roman shades as well as custom drapery for certain effects throughout. I also drove out to their showroom and was so pleased to be in a beautifully designed and stocked showroom that I was welcomed to when I entered.
I am recommending this company for any form of window treatment you could imagine or they can!
