AT&T Authorized Retailer

We were in this weekend to update my boyfriend’s phone (MUCH needed!). Anthony (I believe he is the Manager there) helped us immensely and made the whole process very smooth. He also was able to add in a few great incentives (a tablet) at a very affordable price. The service definitely stood out from other AT&T stores that I have been to. Thanks again Anthony, keep up the great work!

I will NEVER go to this location again! Several of the customers that walked in in the HOUR I was there had similar frustrations!
To start with, the young lady that was behind the counter told me she didnt know anything about windows phones so she couldnt help me. She handed my phone off to the guy working there, who happened to be helping two other customers and juggling a speaker phone convo. He told her to get on the computer and Google my problem. Thy guy working there was wrapped up in the customers he was helping (not blaming him. He was doing his job). The girl working there ‘didnt do windows phones’ so I waited. Then a buddy of hers walked in and she said, ‘sorry. gotta help her.’ Soon after that a different guy walked in. apparently it was his day off but he came in for a case. He was in gym clothes and doing stuff behind the counter. He walked in to the store, walked behind the counter and did what he liked. To a customer, it came across as rude and unprofessional. Yet, at least he helped customers… kinda. He and the girl working there continually tried to sell a phone to a customer who just had questions about data. To make matters worse, the guy who had the day off started talking to the guy that was actually working and using curse words right in front of me. He had gotten to my phone and was just trying to switch the info over to my new phone… but then got distracted by his friend. By then i’d been there almost an hour and they still didnt know what to do with my phone. An elderly lady walked in with two ipads and a phone. Her questions were basic and the girl behind the counter didnt answer them. instead, she just tried to sell her another ipad! The girl behind the counter LIED to the elderly lady! So frustrating! there was another woman there who JUST wanted them to put a screen protector on! The guy (who reminded us that it was his day off) out her protector on, but didnt clean the screen first so there was crap trapped under it! ARGH! In the end… I asked for my phone back and told them I’d go home and transfer my data over myself. I’d rather do it the long way and have to do it myself than to ever have to deal with that store again.

The customer service was excellent! Kristina greeted me with a smile and helped me right away. I had a 50% off Unilocal coupon but she offered me a a 2 for one home charger as an option. I’ve been to other shops that had poor customer service. This will be my ATT choice from now on.
