Seriously… Battlefield adventures has everything you need in high quality shooting and outdoor adventure gear! And, if they don’t have it readily available, they can order it. The prices have always been consistently reasonable and fair (I’ve been a patron since they opened on Oak St). John (the owner) and his staff are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and spend quality time with the customers. The atmosphere is often like the old fashioned «General Store»…even the regular customers (specifically Chris and Martin) are happy to help you with advice or questions you might have. We are fortunate to have a great guy like John and Battlefield Adventures in our community. If you haven’t been in the store yet, check it out (but plan at least 30 minutes!)

Not sure when they moved from downtown Vta… This is a much smaller store, but they somehow managed to keep a good variety of products. The employees are helpful and willing to help you find whatever you need.
My son buys shemaghs (sp) here. They are bit more expensive than at Turners ($ 14.85 vs $ 9.95) BUT their selection is as vast as the ocean is deep! LOL (over 10 vs 3 at Turners). They also have a good variety of sniper veils.

This is a pretty cool military surplus store and paintball supply store. They also sell knives and gun accessories. I think guns too? I was impressed by their vintage military clothing and hats, as well as their small collection/display of WWII Nazi memorabilia (medals, arm band, etc.) The items are pricey, but I’m guessing their fairly priced due to age and quality. The staff in the store was helpful and friendly and didn’t make me feel unwelcome when I told them I was just browsing while waiting for the snake place next door to open. I asked about some knives and was shown some in the style I was interested in. I would definitely stop here again and will pass along the name to my friends who like WWII stuff. :)

They just moved from the other place same owner cool stuff as always wide variety of things to check out not too many of these places in Ventura Ca… i will be back around next time Im in need of another adventure with friends. thank you :)

I only had 10 minutes before the store was closing so I couldn’t go through all the great stuff in the store. They have a pretty big selection of tactical gear and I was able to find what I was looking for (hydration pack). Prices seem on par with other stores I’ve been to. Julian was extremely friendly! Other staff walked by and made sure they recognized us with a friendly greeting. I just wish I had more time in the store! Even though I only had 10 minutes, my interaction with the staff was great!
