Beach Vapes

Unfortunately inconsistent quality of liquid. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on liquid here showing that it’s been mostly good, but then I received a batch of completely weak liquid, the guy mixed it very weak, and I had to just deal with it.
I then have a friend who went in to get some liquid, a fruity flavor, and the liquid was so weak there is hardly a taste of anything, and very weak smell. Shouldn’t they measure liquid, or are some of them just eyeballing it thinking they are getting it right?

All I know is that was enough for me to look at an alternative. I found sites with flavor concentrates online for SUPER CHEAP, I’m talking bucks… and bought a bottle of propoline glycol, and vegetable glycerin, and another bottle of nicotine, it’s so easy to mix this stuff up myself, and saving a huge amount of cash in the process. (E juice flavor concentrates)
From now I’m mixing my own for me and friends.

Always horrible customer service, never have I ever been satisfied with their customer handling. Very lazy work ethics they all just sit an smoke and they wait for you to ask them for help. When you do have questions they never know the answers you try and get anything you walk out with «uhhhh well idk…» Know your product your selling!!! No one is ever friendly. Where is the negative rating scores?

This place is great! No hassle no anxiety. The two guys working helped me kindly with everything I needed. Gave me a couple wise pointers on what to do and not to do to the mods I was using. Showing me their premium juices and house juices not pressing any choice on to me. I highly recommend this shop knowing that when you walk in their their to help and supply good quality juices. Not mess with your time or theirs buy pushing you to buy certain products.

Out of towner and stopped by this place to stock up on my trip. Great variety of delicious juices and laid back friendly service. A ton of mods with an informative staff. Ended up purchasing a kangertech subox that I love! Got it in white. Looks like r2d2. Definitely going to be ordering from these guys online. They offer great deals and they can customize juice for you! Doesn’t get much better!

What can I say. I’ve spent thousand of dollars here and still, no love. I bought my girlfriend an ego one two weeks ago and it stopped working. It won’t charge. I called because I had the receipt and no help. I understand «all sales final» because of sub-​ohm set ups, but cmon dudes I just bought that AND I’m a regular customer. You could’ve worked it out for my girl instead of me having to drop another $ 60 on a new unit two weeks later. Bummed, and never going back to your shop again.
Update. Joy tech just emailed me and said the beach vapes has the responsibly to replace my ego one. great job beach vapes. I emailed joy tech back telling them you wouldn’t help me out. Looks like I’m the big dummy for buying this device from your store… never again dudes

I’ve been coming here for a long time and when you come into a Vape shop you would expect them to know what they’re giving you. I came in with my snow wolf 200 with a Hercules tank and ask them for coils which are not cheap. The guy gives them to me and a few days later I go home to put one in and they don’t work. So today I went to go get juice and ask for them to swap out the unopened coils that they mistakenly gave me the wrong ones. Nick said no unless you have a receipt. Who the hell keeps the receipt for some juice and a few coils not me but when you go in there everything is computerized and they ask for your phone number for points you mean to tell me they have no record of my transactions? So I proceeded to tell Nick I will no longer be coming here anymore that is not customer service to me specially when I come here all the time did Nick care? Not at all but yet again why should he right it’s not his business. Oh well time to find another Vape shop that hopefully will represent themselves to keep business.

So the prices are low and atmosphere is pretty cool but that’s probably all I can say that I liked here. Juices are cheap but they all taste the same. Tried a strawberry lemonade and it tasted nothing like strawberry lemonade. I dont know if it’s the base they use for their juices but they all have a custard type flavor which I hate. From what I hear a lot of people start vaping with this place from the start which I’m sure is the only reason they have business. As I said though the atmosphere is cool and juices are cheap so if your looking to start and don’t know what good juice is like then yeah go here for the cheap prices but don’t go to another vape shop or you’ll never return to beach vapes.

I’ve been going to Beach Vape for a couple months now. Great experience everytime I go in there. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Most definitely my go to shop for mods and e juice. Yesterday I got the Dominus Fecit mech mod and it’s amazing. I highly recommend this one.

Earlier today I went by beachvapes in ventura, because I was told by a close friend of mine to go see some guy name big mike. Unfortunately he wasn’t there today when I walked in, but I still needed some juice. I waited prob 15 – 20 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. I’m sorry but everyone should at least be greeted and welcomed when they walk through the door… I was not! I then asked about some juice because I felt like I was never gonna be helped and the shit head pointed without saying a word… It wasn’t busy at all, I walked out after that! I defiantly will not end up going back there, because of how poor the manager there treats his customers. I also will not go back there because I will probably beat the shit out of the dude. I never spend the time writing reviews, but this dude got under my skin.

Every time we travel we always make our rounds to local Vape shops and check out the vibes and products. Heard of this place from a friend of a friend and decided to stop I’m. The guys in there were very nice and educated about the e-​cigarette world. Benefits, associations and safety! Very smart business! Enjoyed talking with them as well as trying out their in house made juices! Fell in love with two good juices pretty quick and that isn’t normal for me. Went back in there again and the same kid that helped us out yesterday was in there and he was helping other guests, but there were two other guys in there and they weren’t exactly on it like the Saturday guys were. We sat at the juice bar ready to put in our order and try some more and they were over by the cases just hanging out and talking with each other for a long while. Eventually one came and helped us. We got what we needed but the day before was a much better experience and a great first impression. We will definitely be coming back but hoping for the same crew we were helped by the first time!

The price of the juice is great, if you have a problem with your order, they will work with you until you are satisfied. This is my new favorite shop in Ventura. The customer service is awesome because they are honest with you, they will not just try and take your money. I’ve seen new customers come in with complaints due to operator error…

The manager at Ventura Beach Vapes on Main St. is an unfriendly jerk and I’ll never step foot in that shop again. The Pt. Hueneme store is cool so I just go there even though I live in Ventura. The other employees at the Ventura store are nice but I’m in the customer service industry and would be out of business if I treated people like the manager of the Ventura store. Hope this helps!

I don’t smoke and never have. I just wanted to have something sweet as an alternative to junk and was told this would work. The owner was so friendly, answered all of my questions, showed me how to fill the canister, and was extremely patient with me. He let us try a ton of flavors until the boyfriend and I found one we loved (it was the first one, of course)
Banana Nut Bread is delicious.
The boyfriend is going to go back in and get his own.

Great people and great products. Thier liquids are top notch, and the staff has always been super knowledgable, and nice. The owner is super cool, and made me feel at ease buying a $ 140 mod for my first time. Their pricing is on the lower end but as far as their liquids no quality is compromised. Just a great choice for your vaping needs

Mike is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything in his inventory, and they blend their own juice. Great prices. Love earning rewards points! This is new new favorite vape shop.

The grand opening for the new Beach Vapes store in Ventura was amazing. Tons of people, dj’s with good music, a cloud contest with prizes, free BBQ meal (so good) with any purchase, great prices, and two for one juices. Glad I went, met more good people, and left full and happy.

Same great product selection and customer service as the Hueneme store, with the added bonuses of a nice breeze coming through the store, a bigger parking lot and more seating. Can’t go wrong (see my review of the other location).
