Love this place for a few reasons! It’s a largest place to bring your kids, from toddler to teen. Great prices on pumpkins, fun games, welcoming environment.

Great place. Lots of free games for the kids including a pirate ship with a slide. The pumpkins are fairly priced for a pumpkin patch. The people are really friendly too.

Big Wave Dave’s is a fun and festive pumpkin patch for kids and adults. They have a great selection of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Best of all, I love the fact that my little niece and nephew can run around and scream and get excited and be kids without getting yelled at… and so can I!

Pumpkin carving is such a strange tradition. You pick out an orange vegetable, take it home, take out the nasty insides, carve a design in it and stick a light inside it. But hey, the kids like doing it… right? If you ask me I would just prefer to buy the orange round thing at a supermarket but everyone wanted to go to a pumpkin patch. This spot is the same spot that has Christmas trees later in the year… right across the street from Coco’s restaurant. There are lots of pumpkins on the ground in neat little rows, places to sit and take pictures, games for the kids and for some odd reason an old convertible Mustang. Not too sure what a classic Mustang has to do with pumpkins and Halloween but who am I to ask? For a seasonal place that is open only a month or two it is pretty nicely done and fun for the kids. The pumpkins range in price from 2 bucks for a little small one to 25 bucks for the big ones. 25 bucks seems a little on the high side but the place has to make a couple bucks to set up and keep things running. A solid 3.5 stars… which rounds up to 4. :0)
