As other reviewers wrote, the owner is very helpful. I was having a hard time choosing a style and color and she provided straightforward feedback to help me pick the pair for me.
I’ve ordered birks online, which always resulted in an imperfect fit or look and many returns. From this experience, I can see why– different pairs have different insoles and some run wider than others. Thank goodness I had an efficient consultant.
I will certainly be back again, especially since the store is also an authorized birk repair store if you ever need your insole replaced.

The owner is absolutely AWESOME to work with. She told me things about Birkenstocks sandals’ size, fit, caring instructions, etc. that I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t come in! It’s a Birkenstock heaven in there. I will never go anywhere else.
