I Love Buena Property Management!

I am also a very pissed off, frustrated and unhappy renter. I am not a difficult person and I get I am not the only renter and people forget to call back sometimes, whatever, but when you manage a property and are asked to fix a couple things it should not take 4 – 6 weeks to get a response from them and as of now it has been a good 2 ½ months and only one thing on the list has been done. They are horrible horrible horrible at returning calls. Aside from that, the piping in our complex is extremely old because when my neighbors are showering I KNOW, very rudely too. The pipes are SO LOUD it has woken me up and freaked me out at 5AM. I know they can’t do anything about that but if they would just give better service and call back and do the things they are supposed to, it would not be so bad being woken up by my neighbors using their water. Now we are dealing with trying to get them to tell one of the tenants to stop parking right behind our garage, which is not a designated parking spot but for some reason people think it is. I would never rent from them again. For now the price works for our budget but we won’t be there as long as I hoped that’s for sure.

I agree with the other review. Buena Property Management is a joke! I was in communication with them for weeks about an apartment that was not move-​in ready for my move-​in date. It was not fit to live!!! The previous tenant smoked like a chimney and the unit reeked of cigarette smoke.
The management company promised that they would remove the smell before I moved in. They knew my time sensitive situation and promised to deliver. I spent one night in the unit and had to leave because the cigarette smell upset my stomach. Don’t get me wrong; I can stand cigarette smoke, but this was ridiculous.
I asked the manager to replace the carpet because of the smell and the numerous cigarette burns. He said «NO! There is nothing we can do.»
After talking with some employees of many other local property management companies, they stated that they had never heard of Buena Property Management. This is a really small company that gets by doing the BARE MINIMUM!!! Don’t get stuck, like I did.
