This is my shit! Spicy chicken sandwich all day everyday.
Their politics suck!.. but I try not to think about it when I’m smashing on those hot n crispy waffle fries.

Ordered in mobile app. When I arrived food was ready. Tyler was extremely friendly and had my bags in my hands in no time. I don’t come here often, but after using app to order and it being super easy to pick up… I will be back.
And I forgot to take pics, but sandwich was bomb!

I’ve been here multiple times. Always delicious food. Staff is very polite and always courteous every time I’m here. Out of all the times I’ve been here, I have zero complaints. The one time they took a little longer for my food because they had to make it fresh, they were generous enough to give me two cards with a free sandwich on each for the inconvenience. I didn’t even have ask! I’ll be coming back time and time again.

Now I would normally never leave a review for a fast food place, but after eating at this location I felt I had to do it. I am truly impressed by the quality of the customer service and how much the employees actually care about the customers. There is an employee named Tina who went out of her way and walked up to multiple tables to ask how everyone was doing, she seems to have a great chemistry with the customers, which is a rarity in fast food restaurants. It’s honestly kind of funny to say, but I felt at home when I was eating here. Never have I felt this comfortable in a fast food establishment! As for the food, it’s was on par with the quality that I received at other locations.

I’ve only had the opportunity of this location a few times. The service is always been good the food has been great and I really enjoyed it. There’s small outdoor seating area is helpful. The little indoor gymnasium for the Toddlers and children is fantastic. Much recommend it.

How does one chain consistently find and hire all the best employees in any labor market? Seriously, I don’t know how, but Chick fil-​A always has the friendliest fastest crews in any town you’ll find them in. The food is always top notch, but for anyone who doesn’t «get» it yet, don’t stop in if you’re craving a burger. The classic chicken sandwich is what I usually go for, and it’s always perfect. Waffle fries round out the meal, with a large lemonade. The breakfast biscuit is perfect also, and they will make you some waffle fries if you give them a couple of minutes.

WOW is this Chic-​Fil-​A amazing. I spend way too much money here, but it’s absolutely worth it. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is 5 minutes (and that’s being generous) and if that happens they always compensate me in some way. The food is delicious, the staff is so so helpful and friendly, and it’s always super clean.
My only complaint is that they close on Sundays. I’d buy food from here the entire week if I could

My drive thru experience a few minutes ago around 9:40pm was great. Sad to say I was literally shocked at the excellent customer service from Sarah at the drive thru. This was my first time coming to this location. Her performance should be the expectation at all fast food drive thrus, but unfortunately that is not the case. She was pleasant, polite, upbeat, friendly and had exceptional customer service all the way from taking our order until delivering our food at the window. I work in reviewing customer service and was very pleased with her quality of work.

I am giving Chick-​Fil-​A 2 stars only because they don’t seem to care about their employees at all. Went in for my lunch today, and it was pouring! They had a girl taking orders outside, no poncho, no umbrella just a jacket. Poor girl. To top it off, they didn’t get get my order right. I ordered Nuggets and got strips. The receipt was correct, just got the wrong food.

Like their politics or not, the food is pretty good for drive thru and the service is lovely. They definitely do customer service better than any other drive thru I’ve found, and the meals are consistently good. Check out their new grilled nuggets for an easy and healthy (er?) on-​the-​go option.

My girls were really looking forward to Chicken Lil’s from here. I pulled into the drivethru at 10:25 and the car in front of me took forever to order. So by the time I got to order it was 10:33. I was informed that breakfast was over. I explained my situation and the girl said there was nothing she could do about it because their computers automatically switch over to lunch right at 10:30. I proceeded to pull up to the window and ask if they could just charge me for something comparable and still give me what the girls wanted. The manager told me it wasn’t the computers it was that they were «magically» out of the little bread… So u mean to tell me that if I would have placed my order just minutes earlier you would have had the bread, but now you don’t? Got it!

I am giving chick fil a 3 stars not 4 all due to their breakfast. I love the lunch sandwiches they are always good! I love the spicy chicken delux one of the best sandwiches for lunch.
My main beef with this place is they don’t use real eggs for their breakfast burritos or bagels– I simply can’t get down with that– I haven’t had breakfast here in years due to that.
If your going for lunch or dinner only than this is a solid 4 all day.

If you like and frequent Chick-​fil-​A, then I don’t need to go into detail about this place. The food is great and the service is fine.
This store, however, is larger and cleaner than most. If you’re looking for a quick and semi-​healthy alternative to traditional fast food, stop in here! Anytime I am driving to or from LA and taking the coastal route and I happen by this place, I usually stop in.
Would I recommend this place to others? Yes.
Would I come back here myself? Yes.

Like a little delicious piece of the south, right here in Ventura. If there’s one thing I can say about the food here, it’s consistently great.
If you like a good chicken sandwich and amazing «waffle cut «fries, this is THE place to come. The chicken sandwich, complete with a dill pickle slice or two and a lightly buttered bun, has never varied in any visit, very high quality.
