Mr. Needham was the realtor for the selling of my grandmothers home in May and was so caring and professional that we used him again in August to help find and purchase our home. During both transactions (and transitions), Mr Needham made certain we were always comfortable with what was happening and all our questions were answered no matter how big or small. We never waited long for a response from him if a message did need to be left. He even went so far as to follow up after the move to make certain everything was still good and we were still pleased. A great realtor with personal service, I couldn’t recommend him more!
