I’m a Ventura based small-​business owner. We recently acquired an aged-​Ricoh copier for a minimal price. But — it needed a lot of work.
I asked my office manager to look for a local firm, and she immediately located Express Business Machines. I called and spoke with Summer (around noon or so) who said she would send someone out within the hour.
Gregg showed up quickly and went right to work evaluating the condition of the copier, determining the parts needed, and the approximate cost.
Gregg initiated some repairs right away, and came back a few days later with a few minor parts — getting copier into 100% working condition.
I was extremely impressed with Gregg’s knowledge and professionalism. Where I would be tearing my hair out with frustration, he replaced a few parts, put the machine back together, and we were ready to go!
Lastly, price is always a concern. I was shocked at the minimal expense incurred by the repair of this copier.
Express Business Machines will continue to be our go-​to for any issues with this copier, or any others.
