Come in her quite a bit with my teenage sons and have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile. In a world of gaming where I don’t know the first thing, I always appreciate just how patient, knowledgeable and helpful the associates are. I’ve never felt like they up sold me on anything.

This is my favorite GameStop location. The employees are always friendly and always very helpful. I have never had any problems coming to this GameStop and I appreciate that. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Rude /Crappy Service! Bring your money elsewhere! Been an on and off customer for years. Recently bought a Xbox One. So came back to burn some money and check out their used /new /upcoming games. Had a discount /member card a couple times over the last couple years. I was the only one in the store. The 2 girls at the back of the store at the counter look up, don’t say anything, and go back to talking. I’m browsing and came up with a question but got distracted by another item. Grabbed a couple titles and was reading. Another older guy comes in, and starts liking in the same Xbox One section as me. One girl goes running over immediately and asks him what he needs help with. Is in deep convo with him about game options, what he likes etc. I keep browsing. When done she asks if he needed sometime to think them over. He says yes– she says«I’ll be at the corner» Instead of acknowledging me, or asking«How about you? How are you doing? Need any help?» She just walks back to the counter. Me. The customer that was there first, ready to pick up 2(minimum) titles for my new system. She only spoke to me one time to say«excuse me» to reach over me and grab a title that she was suggesting for the other customer. I turned around and walked out the door after about 5 – 10 minutes of waiting to see if anyone was going to ask me if I wanted help. So then I left and I went to TARGET; the place that I bought my Xbox one system, and was immediately greeted by one of the only two attendants in a very busy electronics section. I probably paid more money for the games then I would’ve at Game Stop(if I found them used), but it was worth it to actually be able to ask some questions, feel comfortable with my purchase and also feel appreciated for my time and my money. I won’t buy from GameStop again. Date was 2÷14÷15. Came in about 1:45p. Was out about 2:10p Two girls, the one that came out to not help me was about 5ft 5 inches, darker hair, maybe glasses. Mentioned Diablo, a boyfriend and a friend Andrew to the Customer she actually acknowledged.

Customers should only be allowed to sell back their games etc when there is MORE then one person working the registers. Waited over 30 min in line with 5 people ahead of me and it didn’t move ONCE. So we put back our 4NEW games and left for a different game store. Too bad Game Stop can’t figure out how to make sure 6 customers are not inconvenienced at the expense of one person SELLING back their stuff. Not sure how that works for the stores bottom line? Lose customers paying for your games but keep the ones selling you their games… Note to person working the register. Communicate with the people waiting in line. Ignoring us does not work… Simply tell us how long the wait will be. It’s hard not to be angry at you when your not doing anything to help the situation. But no one can be angry at you for doing your job if your telling us what to expect… Your not the only game stop in town so customer service is the name of the game if you want to get business…

Me and my roommate went here one day to pick up a game I had reserved online. When we got there we were contacted by two employees which was fine but the guy was not friendly whatsoever. When we finally made our way to the registers to get the game he wound up helping us. He seemed really annoyed that I had done a pick up order for him to do first thing in the morning. He hounded me about my pro membership being expired, if he hadn’t hounded so much I would have renewed it. I wanted to used some of my shopkicks to pay for a portion of the game, and he proceeded to act very annoyed that I to use shopkicks. We will never be back to this location because of this particular employee.

Came to trade In some games(ps3, Nintendo ds, wii). Got cash! It took less than 5 minutes for them to take my trade and get me the cash for it. What else is great is that I could’ve gotten store credit if I wanted more games. But the cash will do!

This is my favorite GameStop in this area. Clean, super friendly, and most of the used games have cases and manuals! This is one of the few GameStops that doesn’t draw bad crowds and has some of the nicest employees.
