I couldn’t be happier! I dropped off my laptop to Infogrip on day 1 and picked it up on day 2. It was totally invaded with viruses and had all but stopped working. Brent fixed it up so well that when I fired it up not only was it faster but for some reason it connects to wifi better too! I am buying a new one soon and I know exactly where I’m taking it to have my data safely transferred. Thanks Again Brent.!!

So helpful, Brent came to our home and was able to solve several annoying tech issues that had been driving us crazy. Nice to work with an IT person who was able to take my low tech explanations and get what I was saying. We will be using them again.

I had previously used Infogrip IT when I lived in Ventura. They have setup several business networks for me over the course of 12+ years, in addition to fixing and upgrading several desk towers and laptops. They were always knowledgeable, courteous and professional. What I liked most is they got the work done right, the 1^st time and for a fair price.
The last several years I have been living in South Orange County. I have tried various local computer stores, but never with any success. My only other options has been The Geek Squad at Best Buy, but they will never commit to what they will do/​not do and always want to «upsell» me on services.
Since then I have found myself dropping several of my computers off at Infogrip IT and have even chosen to ship my troubled computers to them when I don’t have sales calls up that way. On several occasions they were able to fix the problem within a few hours.
Brent is a tech and computer guru and has even helped me troubleshoot over the phone when needed. Glad that I don’t need to use these guys frequently, but when I do need their service I’m glad that they are there. Save yourself time, grief and money and try Infogrip IT out for your next computer or networking need.

These guys are awesome and know exactly what they’re doing. I was in town visiting my mom and my MacBook Pro wouldn’t boot up, so we brought it to them, who totally came to our rescue and helped me out!

I have used Infogrip IT over the past years for my small, growing business. They are reliable, flexible, professional, cost-​effective, and efficient. I have gone through 3 security cameras for parents to view children in my preschool that have needed repair, and they were able to fix all of them! I highly trust them and recommend them!

My Dell tower was overheating and shutting down periodically. It’s a few years old, but I knew it was probably something that was fixable. Brent opened it up and helped me replace the CPU fan and put some better performing compound on my CPU. It’s been running at normal temperatures and it no longer shuts down in the middle of my work. I’ll have to bring my wife’s computer next, hers needs some attention!

I desperately needed help with website design and all the techie stuff that’s involved… I researched Free Websites
and Web Designers which were very expensive… and a friend of mine introduced me to an upscale but affordable company! InfoGrip IT!
They’re easy to work with, and cool! Within about a week I had a new website up that is so professional looking yet keeping with the vibe of our business! They also assist when you need to make changes on static pages within minutes.
I’m getting ready to launch a new line of art

Finally someone in Ventura that works on Macs!
My trusty 4.5 year old Macbook’s hard drive died suddenly on me. Brent at Infogrip IT was able to help me restore my files and get me set up with a brand new hard drive, and charged me way less than Geek Squad was going to charge me. Hopefully it’s good to go for another 4.5 years, but if anything happens to it, I’ll definitely keep Brent in mind.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! So rude on the phone! How this guy stays in business is beyond me!
He not only did he take my money and didn’t fix my computer, but made it worse!!! When I asked him to fix it again he refused!
BE AWARE and go elsewhere!!!

Great work! These guys are professional and work fast to fix your problem. They are also reasonably priced. There are many other computer repair shops near me it is worth the hike to go to them because the quality of work is far superior than others. Most of the time they fix my problems remotely over the Internet!

I was in Ventura for a few days visiting family and I accidentally downloaded some sort of worm that hijacked my browser. The team at Infogrip were very helpful and they removed the worm for a great price. They were very friendly, and they explained everything in layman’s terms, so I could understand. They also gave me a free diagnosis too! A+++
