We rented an apartment for a year from Joe Kapp RE. Our point of contact was Bridget and she was LOVELY from start to finish. She was swift to respond to issues, super friendly while remaining professional (a hard balance to achieve!). Our apartment was nice, pretty new and good starting off place for our arrival to the West Coast.
I would have five-​starred, but I was STUNNED to see how much we were charged for cleaning once we moved out. We barely spent any time at the place, and regardless we were only there a year. We lost over $ 500, even when we handed our keys in two weeks early and thoroughly cleaned the place ourselves. Super disappointed, but lesson learned. I will never rent from a management company again-​private landlords are much more reasonable.
Anyway, kudos to Bridget Goncalves-​I absolutely recommend her for any of your real estate needs. She rocks.

I rarely write reviews unless I feel it may help other folks in Ventura.
I’ve worked with several real estate groups, and have yet to find one as diligent, knowledgable & skilled as Joe Kapp Real Estate. The group’s generations of valuable experience & client advocacy was immediately apparent years ago when I first entered their office.
I have my own list of strict requirements, all of which must be met before committing to a real estate group. I will only work with honest realtors willing to go that extra mile to aggressively pursue my stated goals, down to each & every detail. Otherwise, it’s on to the next, without hesitation.
These are honest folks, more knowledgeable & experienced than the several other Ventura groups I’ve utilized in the past. They’ve come through time & time again, without my having to constantly follow up. Now I work exclusively with this group.

Please understand that Joe Kapp’s office is very careful in finding good tenants. We have lived in a property of theirs for over two years and I can assure you that they respond quickly and professionally. We love having them as landlords. They take a personal interest. They take time with us. They are involved in the community and I feel as though they really care about doing right by their clients. Bridget is our agent and if she cannot help you, then maybe no one can. Top notch. No complaints whatsoever. Only good things to say.

I like JK Real Estate. They helped me find a lovely place to rent in Ventura and have been eminently responsive to any questions or requests I’ve had. I’m thinking of buying now that I know this community and I know Joe Kapp RE will help me find a perfect place. I like them personally, too. I just dropped off Christmas presents for my agent’s kids.
