Michael did an excellent job explaining all of our options in choosing whether to repair or replace our heater. It was old, noisy and unreliable so we chose to replace it. Installers Patrick and Dan came right on time, worked efficiently, made sure we understood how to use the new controls, cleaned everything and were extremely efficient, polite and did a great job installing our new, quiet and efficient heater. Thanks guys!
