aaa paradise plumbing came out to flush a tankless hotwater heater ended up having a sleezy salesperson show up and sell a 3200 dollar cash new heater claiming the current one was too small and not big enough, found out later that day the price of the heater installed by other plumbers was 1500 not 3200 this company is sleazy beware of the sneaky sales pitch do not use them at all

Took advantage of my grandma.
They charged my grandma over $ 1300 open the line… ensuring this would make her toilet flush better. The toilet is still clogged and they want another $ 500 to mess with the toilet!
We want to report the company for elder abuse.

Richard replaced my water heater quickly, conveniently and left everything neat and tidy at a fair price. I will definitely call this Plumbing service back next time I need some help. It was a positive experience all the way around dealing with Paradise Plumbing and Rooter!!!

Another reviewer gave them 5 stars. This has got to be wrong. This company installed faucets in my home. After they had left (and after cleaning their mess) I took a shower, and there was no pressure in the hot water, and the bathroom basin had no running water. I called them back and only the basin water was fixed. The hot water runs better, but is still not what it was. A few days after the second visit, I noticed that the grout around the base tap they had installed was not grout but plumbers putty. It had collapsed and left a hole and a quarter inch of improperly positioned tile (and it looks ugly). I had to call in another plumber and a handyman to get this fixed. This is a poor company.
