Wow,
What a great company. Angelina in customer service was awesome. Super fast response for returns on an incorrect part and even faster (can you believe it) on sending me the correct part Next Day no extra charge for over night shipping because it was their bad.
If all internet companies was this good there would be no brick and mortar stores left.
I Rate these guys at the highest in their field! AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++

I am president of a HOA on the beach with 50 homes. Our electric entrance security gate was purchased from and is serviced by Perimeter Security Systems. Their pricing is fair and their follow up service, Monday thru Friday, is outstanding. Their technicians are able to diagnose all of our gate’s occasional problems, and take the time to explain each repair to me personally. Management gets what great service is all about! JEFF N

These guys are top notch. I interviewed and got bids from a number of fence and gate contractors and Seth and his team were the only ones who were able to deliver. I was doing research and found them and then learned that they installed the gate at my parent’s house too!
Seth worked with me through every little detail and made sure I was 100 percent. His pricing was competitive and he only used top notch materials. These guys do not install Home Depot grade.
Lucas, who ran the job was incredibly skilled and knew how to do so many things well it was very impressive to watch. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality and attention to detail.
Seth even added an app that I can use to open the gate with my smartphone!

Had a new system for our gate installed last February by Perimeter Security Systems. When we started having problems with our gate not opening evenly, one side hesitating to open until the gate stayed open and would not close at all. We called Perimeter to come and check what was wrong with our gate but had no response from them for days; why have a security system that is inoperable for days? We were able to reset our
system and our gate started working again, although still having intermittent problems. Since the gate is now operable Perimeter does not want to come out and if they do, would only do so if they could charge a service call. A little crazy considering they did not come out when the gate was inoperable, 10 months after it was installed.
There are a lot better Security System Companies out there. Perimeter is not one of them!
