Gaye is awesome. Best salon experience I’ve ever had. Found her originally because another salon in town had trashed my color right before the holidays and she got me in the same day and fixed it. I’ve been a regular since. Great experience all around.
Edit: Every time I come in with a picture she manages to pull off exactly what I ask for. I can’t rave about her enough!

Seems to be that a bad mood is not new to the person who accused me of being rude to her when I came into her shop and who was actually rude to me because apparently my tone of voice didn’t suit her when I said that I was there for a haircut. Completely came out of the blue and really shook me.

Gaye is amazing! She listens to what you want and will help guide you to a hair style and color that you will love. Great rates and a fun atmosphere. I’ll never go anywhere else!

It took me a while to get around to writing this review but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had called to schedule an appt for a spray tan and called to cancel last minute due to working late. Whomever answered the phone must have either been in a bad mood or had a bad day because she hung up on me right after I said the phrase cancel my appointment. I was referred to this place by my hair stylist who had spoken so highly of this place so I was pretty disappointed in the service I received.

What can I say about Gaye? She is amazing! I feel like I’m coming to a friend to have my hair done every time I come in. Gentry (her assistant) is also so wonderful. I get so many compliments on my hair after I have it done. For the job she does, I would usually be charged twice as much. My roots and toner cost around $ 65, which is unheard of and the quality and atmosphere is just stunning.
