I ordered recently, and the forgot to give me my drink, however, the delivery man happily went to the gas station near by and bought me a soda. I was quite happy with that. That bumped this place up to 5 stars. I never expected a delivery boy to go above and beyond to make sure i got all i asked for.

The pizza was delicious as always. But the best part of our evening was when Eric, the manager and the cashier, over heard us talking about the expensive prices. Once we agreed to order and suck it up, he gave us a 15% discount. It would get a 5 star if they had Coca-Cola products.

I will always be partial to Roundtable Pizza and this location doesn’t disappoint. Consistently good food and friendly service. Can’t ask for much more from a good old fashioned pizza parlor.

Great pizza, abysmal service. Waiting on my pizza to go and watching the staff chat and ignore 3 customers waiting. I dont know how you can afford to do that on a Monday. We like the pizza but the staff are slow, lackadaisical and completely unconcerned with the customers. Even with the customer who called in 45 minutes ago and they have no record of his order!

Cold, burnt pizza delivered 15 minutes later than promised. I will not be ordering pizza here ever again. No excuse for cold pizza, what ever happened to Round Table? Huge disappointment.

Round table has always been my favorite pizza joint! I’m so sad it has changed in Ventura. The artisan pizza used to be a great choice for those who didn’t care for a bunch of bread. I liked the cracker like crust with some cheese and Pepperoni’s. Tonight they stuffed a full size artisan in a medium box and it wasn’t even crispy, it was limp like a noodle. So gross! They cut the pizza into little strips to which is weird since they normally come in good size squares, so dumb. This is not the first time in the last few months that they have dropped the ball. I eat pizza maybe twice a month but no more round table dang it. *barf* horrible

My family and I were staying in Ventura for a night. We ordered pizza from Round Table and when our order came to the hotel we were missing several items(anchovies, extra sauce). I called and spoke with Kirk the manager. He was amazing. Immediately he said he would bring all the items to us! He was great. I also spoke to the guy who took my order and apologized instantly. With this great customer service I would use this Round Table again! And the pizza was great!

Round Table is one of those places that I normally don’t set out to dine at, as I enjoy their competitors pizza better, but recently I knew I would be hosting a jewelry party and opted not to do my normal entertaining at home, but to have it somewhere else, the convenience of the back room at Roundtable was the selling point… they ask that you book ahead thought there is no cost to reserve this room, but it will save you the hassle of relocating in case there is another party booked for the same day. We arrived to a fairly quiet pizza parlor and set up our party, I ordered two pizza’s and drinks and the waitstaff were nothing but helpful and accommodating to us, they made sure we we had plates and utensils and cleaned up our tables, so I give customer service an A+++. However this restaurant has seen better days, it needs some definite TLC, some paint, a little dusting, and some much needed cleansing in the women’s bathroom. I remember a time when Round table was the Place to go in the late 80’s and early 90’s, its kind of sad to see the fall from the top, but after Toppers came in I think they got hit in shins and haven’t been able to stand up again. The pizzas they offer seem to be to packed with to many ingredients, they have everything under then sun on it, and the sauce and crust get lost in the mix and I can’t even remember the cheese at all. So while I find Round Table a go to place place when you are hosting a big group of people, it’s still not the place I’d go if I was longing for a great slice of pizza.

So toppers was packed so we opted for round table. HUGE mistake! The supervisor Alex m was rude to a lady in front of me about a pizza she ordered but they forgot to make. I ordered and he was rude and no personality. Pizza was obviously sitting there for a long time as it was cold and hard. Salad bar was empty just about. All the dressing was mixed up and there was a mess! I couldn’t believe how bad it was. After about 15 minutes, they finally put some fresh pizza out that was ok. Overall this was a horrible experience. My son loves pizza and wouldn’t eat this junk.

Round Table is the highest quality as far as franchise pizza goes. This location makes great pizza, very flavorful. The location needs improvement though. I’m not going to take stars just because it isn’t a nice location, the pizza is still good. The place is just in need of a remodel. They’re in a pretty slow shopping center so they don’t get much action, but still worth the pizza. Monday’s all pizza is 50% off and they offer very good lunch buffets at a great price.

I think this round table has REALLY improved since they hired that new manager. He’s so great! Very friendly and professional. He’s always waking around cleaning and checking food temperatures. The pizza is very greasy. But after you soak some up with a napkin, it’s one of the best. Lol My boyfriend doesn’t mind the grease. Lunch Buffett is good. Salad, pizza, cheese bread, and cinnamon twists. Usually there are like 5 pizza varieties. Pepperoni, Supreme, Hawaiian, Vegetarian, Sometimes an artisan style pizza. It kinda rotates on the last one. Anyway, Manager is great, Pizza is great but greasy, Price is great.

I used to come here quite a bit, but they’ve let quality slip and tonight’s to-go order reminded me of it. This is such a shame because they used to be a great pizza parlor, but not anymore. It was 6 or so when I came in and the place was empty, not a good sign. I also noticed that all but one of the beer taps had cups on the handles indicating they’re out of service. That’s not a big deal since I was just picking up pies to take home, but its another sign of decline I think. I ordered two medium pan pizzas and neither one was good, especially for what Round Table charges. Both crusts were underdone, the toppings were sparse on the ham & pineapple and the sausage on the other pizza tasted OLD. We didn’t eat much of either one and threw out the remains. I’m glad we tossed the leftovers since my stomach has been upset all evening now. Premium prices for poor pizza is no way to run a successful business. It will be a very long time before I come back to what used to be my favorite pizza spot.

Maybe I’ve glorified my past memories of Round Table Pizza, but I was really disappointed in my most recent experience with this restaurant. Let me start by saying I used to eat at a Round Table in Northern California frequently and when I came to Ventura, I ate at this particular location many times. If we wanted pizza, we came here. I loved it. Then, I discovered a mom and pop place close to my house and my husband and I stopped coming here. I didn’t eat here for… maybe four years, and then we were at a friend’s house last Sunday and they ordered Round Table delivery. I was excited since I hadn’t had this pizza in so long and I had such fond memories of it. The delivery time was fast. Quicker than we expected(though we asked for plates because our friends were in the middle of moving and all their plates were packed up and the dispatcher didn’t tell the driver so no plates showed up). I ordered a thin crust pizza with mushrooms and olives. My standard go-to pizza choice. I remembered Round Table’s crust being delicious, but I was totally underwhelmed by this pie. The cheese tasted really oily, which I find gross, and the other toppings were sort of boring. Overall, based on this experience I have *NO* desire to dine at this Round Table again. PS the delivery driver was very professional, polite and helpful. He even went back to the restaurant and then drove all the way back out to us to deliver the forgotten plates. He gets five stars, the pizza gets 2.

Terrible. Toppers was packed, thought I could get a reasonable substitute at Round Table, boy was I mistaken. Dirty floor, more than ½ the tables were dirty with used plates and napkins. Trash on the floor. Salad bar was disgusting, watched the staff pass the dirty tables several times. Pizza was like cardboard. I’ll never be back. Next time I’ll head to toppers or red brick. Round Table lost me forever.

Average as far Round Table lunch buffets go. Ran out of green salad. Pizza not on the crispy side; more so on the soggy side. Maybe I came on an off day, but I have been to way better Round Table lunch buffets.

I’ve only been here a couple times for the lunch buffet, which is a great deal actually. $ 6.99 for the pizza/salad lunch buffet, and it’s so delicious! I think it’s cool how pretty much the whole restaurant seating is booth seating, cause like booths =] the food was classic round table food, which is very well made pizza, and breadsticks, and very fresh, green salad. For the price, the buffet is a STEAL.

Disclaimer: I am a life-long fan of Round Table Pizza and will give just about any RT location 4 stars to start off with. With that said, I frequent this location primarily because it is the closest one to Santa Barbara(sadly there is no RT in the American Riviera…). It’s located in a strip mall just up-and-across the street from a Target and not far from Pacific View Mall. The location itself is on the smaller side and shows its age a little bit(the green-curtained booth seating, the odd bar-style seating next to the entrance) — but who cares, I’m here for the pizza! And what can I say about the pizza? It’s my favorite. The original crust is perfection, the blend of three cheeses(mozzarella, cheddar and provolone) is perfection también, and that sauce — I don’t know what the deal is, but I have not had any other pizza sauce that is quite like Round Table’s pizza sauce. I usually order extra sauce on my pizza… It is notable that for some reason Round Table Pizza’s pepperoni is particularly greasy. Since I’m not a big pepperoni fan(I usually get salami as a meat topping instead), it’s not an issue for me. Although when ordered on a combo pizza(the King Arthur’s Supreme), the pepperoni’s greasiness thankfully doesn’t overtake the pizza. Just be forewarned if you order a large one-topping pizza and choose pep for your topping… Too bad for me that this Round Table Pizza doesn’t deliver to Santa Barbara!

Not bad! $ 6.99 for all-you-can-eat pizza, salad, garlic bread twists and cinnamon twists buffet. Clean and friendly place for a quick lunch. Wait for them to put out the fresh and hot pizzas! The nice lady at the register gave use coupons for free drinks with a buffet purchase… saved us almost 6 bucks between the three of us! Watch for coupons in the mail!
