Ok pricing but I ordered a breakfast burrito and payed extra for bacon but never got any in my food also a friend ordered a tri tip wrap but ended up with a sandwich instead… I guess they were busy?

Yummy sandwiches, potato salad, cookies, potato chips etc. etc. Every visit is over the top! Since the business is mostly geared toward catering, you have to hope he’s open when you are craving something. If I see the door open, I consider it to be my lucky day and immediately go there to order a sandwich to go. I’ve also ordered his awesome potato salad for potlucks. Sparky’s is fantastic!

Delish! Big yummy sandwiches for about a dollar more than Subway but the taste, local owner, and freshness can’t be beat!

My son was working in the East Vta area and I had hoped to provide him lunch. I did not want fast food and when I spotted Sparky’s Catering I wandered in. I ordered hot pastrami sandwiches, one on rye and one on a french roll. Both of these sandwiches were perfect. They were substantial servings of meat and the breads were fresh, My son and I agreed we would gladly return and sample other items. The sandwiches came with a small serving of macaroni and or potato salad, again both very tasty. But my favorite purchase was their chocolate chip and walnut cookies. Oh my goodness, I am eating my second one as I type. I consider myself a connoisseur of baked goods and these tasty morsels are tremendous.
I also purchased their chicken pot pie soup and their red beans which are going to be consumed for future meals. If they are anything like the sandwiches and cookies, they will be a hit. I am so glad I stumbled upon this small business. I would have given them a 5 star rating but I haven’t tried but a few of their offerings. I will be trying some of his bar-​b-​q next.

This guy knows his BBQ, his ribs are the best in Ventura Co hands down. I have nothing but good to say about his cooking. Every time I have had his food it has always been top quality and cook to perfection.
