«I was looking for a pest control company and requested online information from NETWORX.
To get the information I had to enter my first & last name, phone number and describe the problem I have. I did it. 3 minutes later I got the phone call from the owner of «Spectrum Environmental Pest Control » (805) 676‑1673. I described to him exactly what kind of job needs to be done, I gave him the square footage of my attic and asked him how much roughly it can cost me. Instead of simple answer like «I cannot give you a price without looking at your attic «, I got a long speech about how dangerous is to clean the attic in such hot weather, that one technician died in an attic when did cleaning. I immediately said, that am very sorry for that, and I really am. He also said that, I would not call Nordstrom and ask how much shoes cost without looking at it, and many other things like that. It was a very long sales pitch. I interrupted him politely, and said that I am sorry that I bothered him, and I do not want his company to do the job.
He became angry, screamed dirty things about jews, persians, and other «piece of crap» (his exact wordings).
DO NOT EVER call this company!!!

I called all of the pest control companies in my area and Spectrum was the only one that did not try to sell me anything. The owner, Sterling, great guy, came out to my house. He explained the situation and went right to work baiting and spraying my house. It worked… NO MORE ANTS! I am serious! I was so grossed out about ants being in my house and in my garage. Sterling saw how upset I was and in 1 treatment all the ants were gone. I had them come back out for a second treatment just to be sure, and they did! I recommend Spectrum Environmental Pest Control for all your critter problems. I will also be using them to get rid of the moles and gophers. GREAT COMPANY!

For the last ten years, I have entrusted Spectrum to take care of my home. They are, by far, one of the most reliable and professional service providers I have ever hired. The peace of mind a homeowner will receive is just one reason to contact them with any concerns. Spencer, the owner, personally answers any questions and maintenance visits from Andy, the field tech, are always reassuring.

I killed a big ass black widow spider that was in the SUV. We found a few around the house but when there was one on the car a asked around for some one to help.
The lady on the phone was great, I have a serious anxiety disorders and arachnophobia. Andy came by told me about the products they use, how billing works and was really nice. he would clean up the webs around the house and spray inside and out. I got the 4x a year service so he can come back again if I see anything. even gave us some suggestions to avoid rodents from entering the garage. I only left the house for an hour.
I can sleep well.

I’ve been with Spectrum for several years. They always go out of their way to try & accomodate your needs. Karen in the office is very poilte & personable. Just make sure you get Andy or Spencer to service your home because the other guys haven’t been impressive.
