Sounds like Billy is an amazing artist so it’s a shame that his apprentice is losing him business. The apprentice who does his scheduling is very unprofessional and rude. I felt very uncomfortable and annoyed with how often I had to repeat my availability. I made it clear (4 times between text message and email) that I was only available on weekends, yet continuously received texts while I was at work asking to come in on a Wednesday or Friday to get the tattoo before even seeing the design (which I asked for multiple times).
I told the apprentice that I did not feel heard, to which he became offended and blamed me. I then told him that maybe I’d need to go with a different tattoo shop, and he very passively aggressively responded: «thank you for wasting our time». Yikes, moving forward this apprentice should really speak for himself as to not give the artist a bad reputation.

Billy has done mine and my boyfriends tattoos, he is one amazing artist that shows how much he loves his work. You give him an idea and he goes up and beyond of what you thought your tat was going to look like and you love it even more! He is funny and makes you feel like family. I would not go to anyone else as long as billy is still living up his dream.

Amazing! I got a tattoo done here, and I have to say, I’m very impressed. Billy is so helpful with advice and opinions about tattoos. You can tell he’s experienced. His depth of knowledge is amazing. I definitely recommend this place for a tattoo.

I had never been to a tattoo shop and had some trepidation about having my hair done in a combination salon/​tattoo parlor. However, Andrea is such an excellent stylist, I just had to give it a try. I found everyone to be extremely friendly and considerate and my concerns were quickly allayed.
The shop is clean, bright and comfortable. Andrea did her usual wonderful job on my hair. I even got to see a tattoo artist in action! If you are looking for an outstanding stylist, I recommend you call Andrea.
