I am not that handy but can do some things around the house. At least i try. This Saturday’s honey do list has broken latch on a high_​end sliding door to be fixed. Latch didn’t catch. We use this door hundreds of times a day. Maybe thousands! I’m thinking $ 100 locksmith after observing the spring latch is probably broken. Maybe remove it (4 screws) and bring down to locksmith to save time and money? Wrong. First three calls result in «closed for today» responses. Really? Saturday afternoon and closed? Wife says try «door and sash on Palma Drive «. I’m thinking no way because they might want to sell me the whole darn door. I call anyway. Boy was I wrong! Lady answers and reassuringly says «bring down the lock and we will give it the old college try». Familiar with that term and liking the «get up and go «attitude I figure why not. When I arrived I was greeted professionally and curteously and in five minutes they found the exact replacement part for $ 20. Believe me it was a piece of cake to replace this part but more importantly I found another «go to business» for door, window, sliders etc issues. Local business. Family run. Honest. Efficient. Forget Lowe’s. I marvel every time I find such a good quality service business locally and make sure to congratulate them and pass it on.

We replaced all of our original to the house interior doors. These included a variety of doors: sliders for the closets, pocket, and single and double two panel solid core. The results are very close to perfect. The process did take a while but the Susan worked with us through several iterations and estimates as we refined what we wanted to do. She is knowledgeable and patient. The installation crew took the time to do the job right and we are very pleased with results. My highest recommendation.

West Coast Sash and Door was very helpful to me throughout the entire process of selecting, ordering and installing new front doors. The selection process can be daunting as there are so many things to choose from and they were great in explaining the different options and choices. For installation, they did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with the new doors. The doors look fantastic and I get complements from all the neighbors!

Customer service could be better. Lots of lengthy delays and miscommunications.

Just had exquisite closet doors installed from West Coast Sash and Door. What a fabulous job Rick and Geraldo did! They are always so professional and courteous. I have had numerous doors replaced from West Coast Sash and Door and they are by far the best in the county! Their quality workmanship is outstanding!

We did a huge remodel. including replacing all doors (interior and exterior) and windows of our house. I installed them back in 2003. Over the years a few of issues have occurred. Every time I have called West Coast they have been incredibly helpful over the phone. And when the problem couldn’t be solved over the phone West Coast sent over a technician over to fix the problem… usually same day, or next. A few weeks back…9 years after the install… I was having a problem with my exterior bedroom door. First the deadbolt jammed, then I got the key stuck in the door lock trying to free up the deadbolt. UGH! I called West Coast and they sent someone out that day to help! I think they have had to come to my house about 3 times over the years… and they have never charged me a cent! I always offer to pay… but they refuse! Now that’s backing up what you sell !!! West Coast is a great place to get your door/windows…I recommend them highly. A recommendation that was earned!

Had all of the windows replaced at one. Everything was, from start to finish, was done to perfection. I’m very happy!
