Friendly staff, the food we had was excellent and authentic. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal and the comfortable ambiance. The friends we went with eat here often and this was our first visit. We will become regulars. We really liked the way the food was presented — each was individually placed on the plate and in just the right quantity. Highly recommend it.

I used to be employed by Coyote Flaco nearly 4 years ago. Although I had a falling out with the owner I still think about this place. THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Till this day I still think about their chimichangas and enchiladas. I would Recommend the place to everyone in the are! It’s simply the best Mexican around

Great local restaurant with excellent food and service. Margaritas are top notch and portions are generous. The sauces are very tasty and not too salty. This is my go to Mexican restaurant in the Hudson Valley.

This is a cute little place. The food was good but the portions were small for the price. The fajitas we’re not served in the style that I am accustomed to. I am used to more peppers and onions. The accompaniments such as rice and refried beans were so small they were barely noticeable. $ 17 for chicken fajitas and I think I should be full when I leave. Still a good place, I hope they make it here.

Attentive owner food was alright not the best but not the worst Mexican food I have had. I also think the waitress was not sure of things on the menu so couldn’t answer our questions.
