Reno, NV
Definitely not up to normal Jack In the Box standards compared to other restaurants in the Reno/​Sparks area. I ordered the Jalapeño «Buttery» Jack since I love jalapeño’s and 2 taco’s. The sandwich had 1 jalapeño slice on it and the top of the bun was not buttered (hence «Buttery Jack») like is the practice at other locations and the taco’s were cold. I asked the girl behind the counter if 1 jalapeño slice was the norm, she just smiled and walked away and didn’t return or answer my question. I don’t know who owns this franchise, but they lost me as a customer! I’ll wait until I get to Truckee, CA next time to eat. AVOID!

Very poor customer service.
I ordered the Black Pepper Cheeseburger combo. The picture shows onion rings, but when I open it up, no onion rings. I go to the counter and the person says I think we ran out. I say I just saw him cooking onion rings. If you ran out of onion rings you should tell me before you sell me the burger.
So then I talk to the manager and she says mistakes happen and she acted like she was’t going to do anything about my missing onion rings. So I say refund my money or give me something to make up for not having onion rings. She puts two onion rings in a bag and gives them to me.

Jumbo Jack combo here is 3.99. Deal! Be patient, this is a pit stop for people coming off or going to the mountain so lots of people.

quick breakfast before another day of snowboarding… chilly morning and finding drive thru at jack… wind advisory in the later pm… ride ’til the wind the plan… ultimate sausage $two.eighty-nine…fluffy buns and soft sausage patties… fried egg and cheese to complete… soft and warm bite… hash brown and syrup for dessert?.. golden crisp dipped in sweetness… drip on pants and jacket… sticky…know, gross… but, fueled and ready to ride!

Reno, NV
Located in the Gold Ranch complex behind the casino, this is your typical Jack in the Box. I’ve found this location to be especially convenient when preparing for a long drive with chains or just getting done with a long, bumpy ride with chains. If you’re here, in all likelihood you’ve just left or are about to get to Reno, so there’s really no other reason to go to this particular location. Our food was served hot and fresh, so no complaints there.

Closest one to Truckee and I stop as often as I can on my way back from Reno if I’m hungry.
Dang… now I’m hungry!
