We stayed for a week when our twin grandsons were born, this locations is awesome. It’s across the street from a well manicured public park, a block from a strip mall with several choices for food and a super target across from there which makes stocking up a sinch. Our room was at the end of the hallway on the third floor. Be advised during sports seasons and local tournaments this hotel turns into a fucking madhouse crawling with crowds of soccer kids and families. It’s not a deal breaker just something to be mindful of. The room was a 2-queen plus a hide-a-bed/couch. The linens were clean comfortable, beds nice and easy sleeping! Only bummer is no USB available for the phones, fitbits, etc. bring your AC adapters. The manager happy hour from 5 – 7 is awesome as they put out snacks, wine and beer for no cost. The hot breakfast is nice, the choices don’t change much from day to day but the quality of food wasn’t bad for hotel kitchen cuisine which is much like school lunch cafeteria cuisine. Pre-made Denver omelettes, rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage(turkey or pork), bacon and sausage gravy. Plus lots of Danish, bagels, toast, and yogurt/pancakes. The pool is missing one vital component which is a hot tub :(the pool is warm and indoors, be careful as the pool room is a balmy 89 degrees and hugely humid. It was clean, well kept and fun to play in. Staff are great, no shitty attitudes or rude people. We would come back without a doubt.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stood in front of the front desk for a solid minute and the woman behind the counter did not so much as look up. So I said hello first and thus began the rudest exchange between a customer and someone is in the customer service business. My room was not ready at 3:50, even though check in was at 3. So there I stood with my hungry baby and the rudest human being I have ever come across. I asked if there was anything I could do so that I could feed my daughter, and her response was«I can’t check you into a dirty room.» Oh, aren’t you sweet? Disgusting room(once I got into it). This place is awful and I will be writing a letter to IHG.

Being an Holiday Inn Express it serves its purpose but nothing too special. The room is quite spacious but the layout is a little unconventional. The couch and desk are bit separated with with the medium sized TV facing the bed. The mirror and sink are separate from the tub and shower in the bathroom. The room does come equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when I had an issue with the TV. I would praise the location and cleanliness of this hotel. If you’re staying for business or just for a weekend then it’s a great fit for you.

Very impressed! I use Unilocal OFTEN and the pack of recent reviews had me nervous. However, we chose to swing on by on the fly, and this was a great experience. The pictures listed from three years ago don’t need updated– everything is clean and pristine as it was, then! We chose a single queen for our one night stay. It had a desk, safe, microwave, fridge, tv, and free wifi. Those classy wooden shelves that Holiday puts in their bathrooms was also present– to a very warm effect! The bed had four pillows, but even from the angle I’m sitting on the couch in the hotel, I can see an extra two pillows and a blanket in the closet next to the sink. The front desk attendant was very helpful when we asked about local events. The breakfast was just as good as any decent hotel– with a «factory» for a pancake maker. And the best part? $ 65 for the night. Come here– you won’t regret this hidden jewel. All the beauties and price of the old Holiday Inn before the big wigs took over and bumped the price beyond necessary.

Very impressed. The front desk manager was more than helpful. The room was clean, quiet and we were thrilled to have a fridge in the room. My husband was impressed with the breakfast. Highly recommend.

Under normal circumstances, I would stay at a Marriott branded hotel when I travel for work however they were all booked so Holiday Inn it was. The location is really great as it is by a plethora of restaurants, shopping, and the freeway. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable and the rooms fairly sound proof, which is a huge plus because I am a girl that needs here beauty sleep. Everything else about the hotel was just so-so. I was on crutches and needed to ice my foot nightly however the ice machine on my floor was broken and I ended up going to every floors ice machine only to find out the first floor had the only working machine. The breakfast is free so I hate to complain about it but is was really, really awful, even for free. I would stay here again if I had to, but it would not be my preference.

Small hotel located walking distance from Westfield Hawthorne Mall, this unassuming hotel really left a big impression on us. When we arrived, I was a little upset to find that there was a Terrier convention happening(so this hotel is pet friendly) — all I can think of was a night of constant Unilocaling… but that wasn’t the case. 3 floors, 1 elevator sounds like a problem, but it wasn’t. Our room was on the second floor, at the end of the hall. We took the stairs most of the time. The room was a decent size and had everything we needed — a big comfy bed, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, free WI-FI… it even had a convertible bed in case we needed it! The room was spotless! The free Breakfast was DELICIOUS(bacon, eggs, pancakes, hot cinnamon rolls, bagels, toast, cereal, etc) and it wasn’t a zoo even though the space was a little tight. The pool was small, not sure it’s worth the hassle of changing into a suit to get into something that small… but if you have young children who insist on going swimming… I suppose this will do, but older kids may not be satisfied. Back to the Terrier convention… other than seeing many people walking their dogs and only hearing one Unilocal, somehow, they managed to host this convention while not disturbing other guests! THIS I can truly appreciate. All staff from the hotel that we encountered were very friendly. This hotel was a great discovery, we look forward to staying here again!
