Relax Spa

Walked in, no wait and no appointment. I did the combo which was 30 minutes on the table (fully clothed) and 30 minutes with the foot soak and reflexology for $ 50. Tony was wonderful! I opted for the most aggressive pressure they offer and it was perfect, I’ll be sore tomorrow but mission accomplished to relieve some tension and relax!
This is definitely worth the money and I will be coming back for sure.
They also give you a punch card for free 20 minutes after 10 visits, not a great value but that’s the least of my worries.

Cheap and convenient. Don’t need an appointment. But for the cost, you will not receive the luxuries of a high end spa. If all you want is a good massage, this is it. If your looking for a day at the spa w/​the girls, probably not. Just a note, you complete a form that asks for the intensity. I marked medium to hard. It was too much. Next time I’ll mark medium.

Ok, I can’t speak for the spa services here but I overlooked at their fish tank and it has 5 koi in there in a very cramped tank filled with algae (so much so where you almost can’t see the fish through the tank), the fish keep bumping into each other. If this place is about health, then this is not really giving off a good vibe at all for having this at your front door. If you can’t even respect the health of fish I sure can’t trust you to respect my health. Just saying. Pet’Smart is like just up the block, seriously.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Relax Spa. I was greeted by a man when I walked in the door by a man who looked like any other guy on the street. He didn’t seem to speak much English. Then I was taken into a curtained area and given a plastic bin to put my purse in.
Normally at this point I expected to be told to undress and get under a sheet. This was not the case, I got on the table fully clothed. At this point I was a little worried. I then had an intense massage, with my masseur climbing all over the table. It was strange compared to getting a massage at another spa. I wasn’t entirely comfortable. The towel that covered the face part of the massage table scratched my face. I also felt that my masseur spent a long time on my booty.
Did my sore back feel better after the massage? Yes. Did I feel comfortable during the experience? No. The prices are better than typical massage parlors. Maybe a man would be more comfortable…

I am always on Groupon looking for a good deal for massages. I have to say this was the best $ 29 dollars I have ever spent. It was so good that I plan on going here regularly. I got the 60min foot reflexology treatment, I’d say he spent about 40% of the time on my feet. It was amazing! I am a pharmacist, so I am on my feet all day long. He did a wonderful job pampering them. For the rest of the time, he worked on my head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, lower back and even my gluteus maximus. I was a bit taken back initially (I am a girl), but he was very professional, strong, kept good pressure throughout the whole hour, and it was just heavenly!
I am no stranger to massages. I have been on Unilocal since 2012, this is the very first time I bother to rate someone. He was that good!
The only down side: he didn’t speak any English, he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for his business card. I also have some recommendations: they should wear uniforms, it would look a lot more professional (instead of just some guy off of the street massaging you). They should also buy softer towels, or just use good smelling fabric softener. (The towel he used to cover my eyes was pretty rough).
Again, this was by far the best massage I have ever had!!! I hope they will improve on the minor things. I can’t wait to come back!!!
